<li>Bachelor's degree +5 (Master's degree) in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.</li>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).</li>
<li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.</li>
<li>Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken (mandatory).</li>
<li>Proficient in quality tools and methodologies, including <strong>FMEA, PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why</strong>, and related quality improvement techniques.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of customer requirements and quality standards, particularly <strong>IATF 16949</strong>, with proven leadership, analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, customer orientation, and continuous improvement skills, as well as the ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.</li>

<li>Lead the analysis of internal and external quality issues, monitor quality defects, and implement immediate containment actions to prevent non-conformities.</li>
<li>Drive root cause analysis and preventive actions through quality improvement activities, ensuring the effectiveness of corrective actions in compliance with customer requirements and quality standards.</li>
<li>Lead, coach, and develop the Quality team while ensuring effective communication, guidance, and supervision of Production Quality Leaders.</li>
<li>Oversee internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards and following up on corrective actions to achieve sustainable improvements.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company procedures, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) requirements, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) regulations while promoting quality, safety, and customer standards.</li>
<li>Act as the main interface with the Customer Service Center (CSC) for customer complaints and external audits, while maintaining critical quality documentation (deviations, concessions, and rectification records) in accordance with required deadlines.</li>

Follow up and take action to ensure coverage of Raw Materials as per Plant´s Production Plan.
Attend production plan by bringing Raw Materials on time according to current stock policy.

Raise and manage alerts when needed.
Understand and manage risks to minimize impact on production line. Raise information to management in order to avoid line stoppages/impact at Customers.

Release Forecasts and Firm Orders to Suppliers.
Sending weekly Orders and forecast to Suppliers in order to share furthers demands with them.

Keep detailed records on procurement activity, materials quantity, specifications etc
Make traceability for the weekly demands/coverage. Assure correct parameters in ERP system.
<br>
Control inventory levels and ensure availability of material during emergencies.
Track trough the properly tools (Coverage table, exception message & etc) correct level of stock face to requirements. Make happen property escalation due to critical/emergency components.
<br>
Manage Logistics Claims with Supplier.
Follow up GQRS treatment in order to recover potential losses due to Supplier´s responsibility.
<br>
Manage relation between Supplier and internal stakeholders.
Act as the interface between Suppliers and internl stakeholders (Operations, Quality, Financial etc)

Support in new/end of projects phases.
Execute or support in the procurement activities regarding start/end of projects

<br><p><span><b>Job Description</b></span></p><br><br><br><br><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br><p>Plan lessons in advance and send plans via email to the Head of Level and Academic Coordinator.</p><br><br><p>Prepare and organize the necessary materials for classes.</p><br><br><p>Fulfill the objectives outlined in the general plans distributed at the beginning of the year.</p><br><br><p>Maintain the grade book up to date. Enter grades at the end of each evaluation period and semester, on or before deadlines.</p><br><br><p>Design and prepare monthly assessments for each topic.</p><br><br><p>Grade all assigned work.</p><br><br><p>Keep the classroom decorated with materials related to lessons, activities, and holidays.</p><br><br><p>Perform assigned playground supervision duties.</p><br><br><p>Collaborate with the Psychology Department to support students with academic or behavioral issues.</p><br><br><p>Work with the Academic Coordinator and psychologist to support students with special needs, including gifted learners.</p><br><br><p>Attend meetings with teachers, academic coordinators, and assistant principals.</p><br><br><p>Attend institutional workshops.</p><br><br><p>Participate in parent meetings and special school activities.</p><br><br><p>Comply with the established work schedule (departure time varies by grade level).</p><br><br><p>Act as a mediator between students and inform the psychologist of conflicts and/or refer students experiencing emotional, personal, or family issues.</p><br><br><p>Collaborate with the psychologist to organize community service projects and fundraising activities.</p><br><br><p>Assist and/or organize student participation in fairs and other activities.</p><br><br><p>Contact parents/guardians to invite them to meetings or special events when necessary.</p><br><br><p>Record daily attendance in the system or submit forms to the Academic Support Department.</p><br><br><p>Collect subject-specific assignments for portfolio organization according to level criteria, each evaluation period.</p><br><br><p>Assign a student to record homework and monitor the Homework Board, ensuring its proper use every two weeks.</p><br><br><p>Encourage student participation in subcommittees to promote teamwork and school activities.</p><br><br><p>Promote open communication with students and parents.</p><br><br><p>Encourage parents/guardians to attend meetings organized by ISP CBNH and PTA.</p><br><br><p>Consider students' special learning and socio-emotional needs and refer them to the Psychology Department.</p><br><br><p>Attend school in proper uniform and/or according to institutional policies.</p><br><br><p>Perform other duties related to the position.</p><br><br><br><b>Skills, Qualifications, and Experience</b><ul><li><b>Field/Specialization:</b> Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields.</li><li><b>Master’s Degree:</b> Preferred</li></ul><br><b>Additional Knowledge:</b><ul><li>Proficiency in digital tools</li><li>Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills</li></ul><br><b>Competencies:</b><ul><li><p>Organization (Level 4)</p><br><br></li><li><p>Planning (Level 4)</p><br><br></li><li><p>Leadership (Level 3)</p><br><br></li><li><p>Analytical Skills (Level 4)</p><br><br></li><li><p>Ability to Work Under Pressure (Level 4)</p><br><br></li><li><p>Communication (Level 4)</p><br><br></li><li><p>Strategic Thinking (Level 4)</p><br><br></li><li><p><b>English Level:</b> Advanced (must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing)</p><br><br></li></ul><br><b>Work Experience:</b><ul><li>Required</li><li>Minimum 2 years in education</li></ul><br><p><span><b>ISP Principles</b></span></p><br><br><br><p><b>Begin with our children and students</b>.
