Objectif du stage L'objectif de ce stage est de soutenir l'équipe de communication du PNUD Maroc dans la création de contenus multimédias variés (vidéos, infographies, images, animations, etc.) afin de promouvoir les initiatives et projets du PNUD Maroc auprès des différentes parties prenantes, y compris le grand public, les partenaires et les donateurs. Duties and Responsibilities Sous la supervision directe de l’Analyste en Communication du PNUD Maroc, le/la stagiaire en création de contenu multimédia sera chargé(e) des tâches suivantes : <ul> <li>Conception graphique : Créer des visuels attrayants pour les réseaux sociaux, les présentations, et les rapports (infographies, bannières, affiches, etc.).</li> <li>Production vidéo : Filmer, monter et éditer des vidéos courtes pour des plateformes numériques, en mettant l'accent sur les projets du PNUD et les témoignages des bénéficiaires.</li> <li>Animation et motion design : Développer des animations simples pour illustrer les données et les concepts clés des projets du PNUD.</li> <li>Photographie : Prendre et retoucher des photos lors d'événements ou sur le terrain pour illustrer les actions du PNUD.</li> <li>Support à la gestion des réseaux sociaux : Collaborer à la gestion et à la planification des publications sur les réseaux sociaux en proposant des idées créatives pour augmenter l'engagement du public.</li> <li>Veille créative : Se tenir informé(e) des nouvelles tendances en matière de création de contenu multimédia et proposer des idées innovantes pour améliorer la qualité et l'impact du contenu du PNUD.</li></ul>  Eligibilité Les candidat.e.s au programme de stages du PNUD doivent, au moment de la candidature, remplir l’une des conditions suivantes : a. Être inscrit.e à un programme de diplôme de troisième cycle (tel qu’un master ou plus); b. Être inscrit.e en dernière année académique d’un premier cycle universitaire (licence ou équivalent); c. Avoir récemment obtenu un diplôme universitaire (tel que défini aux points (a) et (b) ci-dessus) et, en cas de sélection, commencer le stage dans un délai d’un an après l’obtention du diplôme; d. Être inscrit.e à un programme professionnel de formation postuniversitaire et effectuer le stage dans le cadre de ce programme. Qualifications et Compétences Requises <ul> <li>Formation : Étudiant(e) en fin de cycle ou récemment diplômé(e) dans un domaine pertinent tel que le design graphique, la production audiovisuelle, le marketing digital, ou tout autre domaine connexe.</li> <li>Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des logiciels de création graphique et de montage vidéo (Adobe Creative Suite : Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).</li> <li>Créativité : Forte capacité à produire des contenus visuellement attrayants et adaptés aux différents canaux de communication (réseaux sociaux, site web, présentations).</li> <li>Compétences en communication : Excellente capacité à comprendre et traduire des concepts complexes en contenus visuels accessibles.</li> <li>Autonomie : Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante tout en étant intégré(e) dans une équipe, avec une grande rigueur et un sens du détail.</li></ul>Langues :  <ul> <li>Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit est requises</li> <li>Connaissance de l’arabe est un atout.</li></ul>Durée du stage Le stage aura une durée de six (6) mois. Lieu de travail Le/la stagiaire sera basé(e) au bureau du PNUD Maroc à Rabat, avec la possibilité de travailler à distance selon les exigences du stage. Supervision Le/la stagiaire travaillera sous la supervision directe de l’Analyste en Communication du PNUD Maroc. والشهادة في نهاية التدريب، يجب على المشرف/ة إعداد تقييم خطي لأداء المتدرب/ة وتنظيم مقابلة معه/معها لتقديم feedback حول تجربته/ا وإنجازاته/ا. في نهاية التدريب، يحصل المتدرب/ة على شهادة تدريب تمنحها الأمم المتحدة الإنمائية المغربية. إجراءات التقديم يجب على المتقدمين تقديم المستندات التالية : <ul> <li>سيرة ذاتية محدثة.</li> <li>رسالة دافع.</li> <li>محفظة أعمال سابقة في إنشاء المحتوى المتعدد يملكون حق الإقامة والعمل قانونياً في المغرب.</li></ul>الشروط العامة للتدريب <ul> <li>عند قيام متدرب بالتدريب حضورياً وبلا دعم مالي من مؤسسة أو برنامج، مثل جامعة أو حكومة أو مؤسسة أو برنامج منح، سيتم
