<p><font dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;"><font dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;">MAIN MISSION: Contractual and financial management and monitoring of group bookings from the proposal, reservation, confirmation, and contract submission stages. Promote, sell, negotiate, and convert group requests to maximize occupancy and revenue for the Mövenpick Hotel & Casino Malabata conference centers. Develop client portfolios across all segments, but especially the Corporate, Government, and MICE segments. In the absence of the Sales and Marketing Director, the Sales Manager will be responsible for: Monitoring the sales team, their achievements, and their objectives; Monitoring all administrative and technical files related to the sales department; Monitoring intra-departmental relationships; Monitoring ISO accounts, RFPs, and relationships with Mövenpick headquarters; Monitoring all functions, press kits, marketing, and client relations. Job Description: The primary responsibility is the sale and closing of all functions (Rooms, Banquet, Agencies, and Corporate, as well as points of sale) and ensuring maximum sales in the hotel's public areas. This includes the development and sale of restaurants in collaboration with the F&B department. The role also involves participating in the development of the sales strategy, collaboration agreements, communication, and marketing. The role contributes to maximizing revenue. The incumbent handles all group reservation requests, adhering to chain performance standards with a friendly and professional approach. They organize and conduct hotel inspections to build client trust and convert bookings, while maximizing revenue. The incumbent drafts contracts, rigorously respecting hotel sales conditions. They work closely with other departments. He forwards the file to the operational departments via BEOs and ensures the client is properly taken care of. He ensures that clients respect their contractual commitments and takes all necessary and appropriate measures to defend the hotel's interests. He manages any disputes with the client regarding the cancellation policy. He prospects for new clients and identifies potential new clients through his contacts. He monitors and updates the files under his responsibility, entering any changes and necessary information into the operational departments using the Opera system, which he fully masters. He is responsible for monitoring the deposit payment schedule for the contract. He ensures that any changes in the group's revenue are taken into account and the corresponding deposits are made. He exchanges and provides the Accounting Department with all necessary information relating to deposits and invoicing for files.He informs the sales manager of any disputes or difficulties encountered with clients during execution.</font></font></p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><font dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;"><font dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;">A minimum of 4 years in a similar position in tourism/hospitality, with a degree in business/international business (Master's or equivalent). Customer relations: Possessing excellent presentation skills, the candidate must consistently demonstrate friendliness and courtesy to all individuals encountered during the course of their work. Finance/Budgets: The candidate must consistently demonstrate consideration for the company's interests, respecting and adhering to predefined budgets and procedures in place within the establishment. Teamwork: The candidate works closely with colleagues, completing and finalizing tasks initiated by other team members as needed. Communication: The candidate maintains courteous and clear communication with clients and colleagues. They must also prepare precise and clear activity reports. Standards & Procedures: Knowledge and respect for the standards and procedures in place in the hotel.</font></font></p>
