Responsibilities <ul> <li>Define technical specifications, capacities, layouts and standards for equipment and tooling.</li> <li>Manage equipment ordering activities and follow up suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and installation.</li> <li>Coordinate equipment reception, transfer, installation, commissioning and validation activities.</li> <li>Interface with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, Purchasing and Central Engineering teams during equipment implementation and process changes.</li> <li>Support prototype builds and production launches by ensuring availability and readiness of manufacturing equipment.</li> <li>Lead equipment improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, ergonomics, automation and cost reduction.</li> <li>Participate in Industry 4.0 projects and deployment of digital manufacturing solutions.</li> <li>Prepare technical documentation, layouts, equipment records and project reports.</li> <li>Contribute to PFMEA, 8D analysis, LPA audits and continuous improvement workshops.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental standards for all production equipment.</li> <li>Monitor project milestones, supplier performance and key engineering KPIs.</li> </ul> Experience Requirements <ul> <li>Education: state engineering degree or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field. Responsibilities Job Location : Meknes <ul> <li>Analyze daily cutting quality control reports and organize daily meetings related to nonconformities.</li> <li>Organize sorting activities in response to internal and external quality issues and issue Quality Alerts when necessary.</li> <li>Participate in daily quality and production meetings.</li> <li>Lead internal investigations and contribute to 8D reports for internal and external customers.</li> <li>Monitor and communicate KPIs (LMQM, audit status, corrective action progress).</li> <li>Supervise the implementation of Lear quality standards within the Cutting Area.</li> <li>Ensure proper execution of Control Plans, work instructions, and Poka-Yoke controls.</li> <li>Participate in internal and external audits in accordance with IATF 16949 requirements.</li> <li>Follow up on customer complaints and internal quality issues (Warranty, WCs, Alerts, etc.).</li> <li>Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, and Logistics departments.</li> <li>Ensure the proper implementation of engineering changes (ECN/ECR).</li> <li>Ensure alignment between quality controls, customer requirements, and production flows.</li> <li>Participate in machine validation activities and ensure the closure of all open actions.</li> <li>Update work instructions, quality standards, and all other relevant documentation related to the Cutting Area.</li> <li>Propose and deploy Kaizen actions to improve the reliability of cutting processes.</li> <li>Contribute to the development or updating of PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and SPC (Core Tools) in accordance with Lear standards.</li> <li>Organize and conduct weekly process audits in the Cutting Area.</li> <li>Ensure the management and maintenance of the quarantine area (containment area for nonconforming products) within the Cutting Area.</li> <li>Monitor 5S discipline within the Cutting Area.</li> <li>Manage the Cutting Quality team (technicians and auditors), including training and development.</li> </ul> Experience Requirements <ul> <li>Education: Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Quality, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.</li> <li>Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Quality.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Automotive Core Tools.</li> <li>Proficient in the 8D Problem-Solving Methodology.</li> <li>Good communication skills.</li> <li>Proficiency in both English and French.</li> <li>Good experience in the cutting process within the automotive wiring harness industry.</li> </ul> Equal Opportunity Employer Lear Corporation is committed to fair, merit‑based employment practices and equal opportunity.
