The portfolio covers (and are not limited to) the following key thematic areas, with a particular focus on the local and territorial level: </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Inclusive growth, poverty reduction and inequalities, including multidimensional poverty (MPI), the leaving-no-one-behind (LNOB) agenda, territorial disparities, and the operationalization of the New Development Model. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Decent work and productive employment, including youth employment, women's economic empowerment, the social and solidarity economy (SSE), MSMEs and entrepreneurship ecosystems, skills development, and integrated local economic development (LED). </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Social protection, including the generalization of universal health coverage (AMO), family allowances, pensions and unemployment insurance; adaptive, climate- and shock-responsive social protection; and the financing, governance and equity of social protection systems. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Health and development, including health systems strengthening and health financing, the social determinants of health, climate and health, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, malaria and non-communicable diseases, and inclusive and rights-based approaches to health. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Financing for sustainable development with a strong territorial focus, including the Integrated National Financing Framework (INFF, and ILFF), domestic resource mobilization and Tax for SDGs, sub-national and municipal finance, SDG-aligned budgeting, blended and innovative finance, insurance and risk finance, public-private partnerships, diaspora financing and SDG Investor Maps, in line with the Compromiso de Sevilla. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Provision of technical advisory support Provide policy advisory support to senior management and government counterparts, including through evidence-based analytical work, policy briefs, strategic notes, talking points and briefings on the above thematic areas. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Lead and contribute to the design of new initiatives (concept notes, project documents, theories of change, results and resources frameworks) in line with UNDP's Programme and Operations Policies and Procedures (POPP) and Social and Environmental Standards (SES), with particular attention to integrated and multi-thematic programming. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Coordinate analytical work on poverty, inequalities, employment, social protection, health and financing for development, in partnership with the High Commission for Planning (HCP), the National Observatory for Human Development (ONDH), academia and think-tanks; promote the use of disaggregated data, microsimulation and geospatial analysis. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Support the substantive development and implementation of UNDP Morocco's flagship initiatives across these themes, including the ILFF offer, SDG Investor Maps, and potential future initiatives around Tax for SDGs, Insurance and Risk Finance for Development, and Global Fund-supported programmes, ensuring coherence, quality and visibility. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Engage strategically with sub-national authorities (regional councils, provinces and communes) and with the Direction Générale des Collectivités Territoriales (DGCT), to operationalize advanced regionalization including through bankable projects in the flagship thematic areas of UNDP Country Programme Document, and territorialize SDG financing, social protection delivery and inclusive growth pathways. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Coordinate programmatic dialogue and partnerships with the private sector, facilitating a cohesive approach across all areas of engagement in the different results areas of the UNDP Country Programme.  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Coordinate inter-agency engagement on shared portfolios, including with relevant UN entities  and IFIs , and contribute to the Joint SDG Fund, the Global Fund partnership and other multi-stakeholder initiatives. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Promote the integration of cross-cutting priorities (gender equality, youth, human rights, digitalization and innovation) across the thematic areas of the portfolio. </li> </ul> C. Build partnerships, resource mobilization and knowledge management  <ul> <li>Contribute to resource mobilization for the inclusive growth portfolio, including through the identification of funding opportunities, the drafting of high-quality concept notes and proposals, and the cultivation of partnerships with bilateral donors, IFIs, vertical funds, foundations and the private sector. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>When delegated by supervisor, provide relevant expertise and perspectives in technical working groups, donor coordination meetings, UN inter-agency platforms (UNCT, PMT, results groups) and external fora related to inclusive growth, employment, social protection, health and FfD. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Lead knowledge management, lessons learning and communication for the portfolio, including the production of policy briefs, case studies, blogs and social media content; contribute to UNDP's global thought leadership on inclusive growth and FfD. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Promote South-South and triangular cooperation, leveraging Morocco's positioning as a hub for African and Arab cooperation, in partnership with the Agence Marocaine de Coopération Internationale (AMCI) and other relevant institutions. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Perform any other duties relevant to the position, as may be requested by the Team Leader of the Prosperity Pillar or by senior management. </li> </ul> The incumbent performs other duties within their functional profile as deemed necessary for the efficient functioning of the Office and the Organisation.  Institutional Arrangement  The Inclusive Growth Coordinator will work under the direct supervision of the Programme Analyst of the Prosperity Pillar and the overall guidance of the Deputy Resident Representative. They are involved throughout the product lifecycle, from development phases to series production, ensuring supply chain security and continuous improvement of supplier performance.Main Responsibilities:<ul><li>Pilot the development and deployment of APQP approaches with suppliers.</li><li>Ensure quality monitoring of suppliers during development, industrialization, and series production phases.</li><li>Conduct regular supplier audits and site visits to evaluate process compliance and supplier industrial maturity, with a minimum of four visits/audits per year for strategic or critical suppliers.</li><li>Identify, evaluate, and manage high-risk suppliers by implementing appropriate action plans to secure deliveries and reduce quality and supply chain risks.</li><li>Pilot problem-solving actions and continuous improvement plans using quality methodologies such as 8D, RCCA, PDCA, and root cause analyses.</li><li>Analyze supplier non-conformities and ensure follow-up of corrective and preventive actions until their effective closure.</li><li>Monitor and analyze supplier performance indicators: PPM, non-conformity rate, on-time delivery, cost of poor quality, and effectiveness of action plans.</li><li>Participate in the selection, qualification, and homologation of new suppliers in accordance with internal and customer requirements.</li><li>Verify and validate supplier quality deliverables such as FAI, DVI, PPAP, FMEA, control plans, and industrial validation files.</li><li>Ensure supplier compliance with applicable aeronautical standards and requirements, particularly EN9100, NADCAP, and specific customer requirements.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Supply Chain, and Program teams to ensure supplier risk management and continuity of industrial activities.</li><li>Participate in the management of industrial transfers and securing ramp-ups.</li><li>Provide regular reporting to management on supplier performance status, identified risks, and ongoing action plans.</li><li>Be available for frequent national and international travel as required by projects, audits, or critical supplier situations.</li><li>Intervene quickly in case of supplier quality crisis to limit impacts on production and customer deliveries.</li></ul>Desired Candidate ProfileBac +5 (Engineering school or Master's degree) with a specialization in quality, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent.Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in quality, ideally in an industrial environment (aeronautics, automotive, rail).
