<span>Missions Rattaché(e) aux équipes Ressources Humaines et Finance, vous contribuez au pilotage des coûts de personnel et à l'optimisation de la politique de rémunération de l'entreprise.<br> Vous accompagnez les différentes parties prenantes dans le suivi des indicateurs sociaux et l'analyse des données RH afin de soutenir la prise de décision.<br> À ce titre, vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes : Piloter le suivi budgétaire des effectifs et de la masse salariale, en veillant à la cohérence entre les prévisions et les réalisations.<br> Élaborer et analyser les tableaux de bord, reportings et indicateurs RH (effectifs, masse salariale, mouvements, absentéisme, etc.<br>). Réaliser des analyses financières et statistiques afin d'identifier les écarts, les tendances et les leviers d'optimisation.<br> Participer à la préparation et au déploiement des campagnes annuelles de rémunération ainsi qu'aux revues salariales.<br> Conduire des études de Compensation & Benefits : benchmarks de rémunération, analyses de compétitivité et positionnement par rapport au marché.<br> Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes RH, Finance et Contrôle de Gestion afin de garantir la fiabilité des données et d'accompagner les décisions stratégiques.<br> Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des outils de pilotage et des processus liés au contrôle de gestion sociale.<br> Profil recherché Diplômé(e) d'une grande école de commerce, d'ingénieurs ou d'une formation universitaire de niveau Bac+5, avec une spécialisation en Finance, Contrôle de Gestion, Ressources Humaines, Data Analytics ou équivalent.<br> Vous justifiez de 2 à 6 années d'expérience en contrôle de gestion sociale, Compensation & Benefits, audit ou conseil RH, idéalement acquises au sein d'un cabinet de conseil, d'une institution financière ou d'une entreprise de grande envergure.<br> Vous possédez une excellente maîtrise d'Excel et une forte appétence pour l'analyse et le traitement des données.<br> Vous disposez de solides capacités d'analyse, de modélisation et de synthèse.<br> Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d'organisation, de discrétion et d'un sens aigu de la confidentialité.<br> La maîtrise d'outils décisionnels ou SIRH tels que Power BI, SAP, Oracle HCM ou tout autre outil équivalent constitue un atout.<br></span> </div>
