Job : <ol><li><strong><u>Missions: </u></strong></li></ol><ul><li>Ensure the complete management of temporary workers to guarantee the availability of necessary resources for the activity, while controlling costs, respecting regulations, and ensuring a good level of service to operational staff.</li></ul><ol><li><u><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></u></li></ol><ul><li>• Collect temporary staffing needs<br>• Analyze manager requests.<br>• Verify necessary justifications and approvals.<br>• Optimize staffing based on workload.<br>• Manage relationships with temporary employment agencies<br>• Transmit recruitment needs.<br>• Monitor delivery deadlines.<br>• Evaluate the quality of services and agency performance.<br>• Ensure administrative follow-up<br>• Control contracts and amendments.<br>• Monitor renewals and end of assignments.<br>• Verify the compliance of administrative files.<br>• Manage timekeeping and payroll<br>• Control hours worked.<br>• Approve timesheets.<br>• Check agency invoices before payment.</li><li>• Ensure compliance with regulations<br>• Respect the Labor Code.<br>• Respect maximum assignment durations.<br>• Check the reasons for using temporary workers.<br>• Monitor authorizations and medical visits if necessary.<br>• Support temporary workers<br>• Organize their welcome and integration.<br>• Answer their administrative questions.<br>• Manage incidents and complaints.<br>• Optimize costs<br>• Analyze temporary staffing expenses.<br>• Propose cost reduction actions.<br>• Participate in negotiations with agencies.</li></ul> <br> Required profile : <p><strong>Education and Experience: </strong></p><br><br><p>Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) with 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Management, Labor Law, or equivalent.</p><br><br><p><strong>Useful Information:</strong></p><br><br><p><strong>• Location: Casablanca</strong></p><br><br><p><strong>• Contract:</strong> Permanent contract (CDI)</p><br><br><p><strong>• Work arrangements:</strong> Full time</p><br><br><p><strong> Only applications submitted via ReKrute.com will be processed.</strong></p><br><br> <br><br> </div>
