Job : <p>Reporting to the Supply and Stock Manager, your main tasks will be:</p><br><br><p>-Ensure the coordination of warehouse logistics operations and guarantee compliance with stock management procedures.<br>-Track goods in and out and update stock movements in the ERP.<br>-Supervise goods reception and check their conformity in terms of quantity and quality.<br>-Organize, plan and manage the activities of the warehouse team, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, hygiene, and internal procedures.<br>-Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results and prepare regular reports for the Logistics Manager.<br>-Implement continuous improvement initiatives, particularly the 5S methodology, to optimize logistics processes.<br>-Train, support and raise awareness among teams on good logistics practices, stock management tools, and current procedures.</p><br><br> <br> Required profile : <p><br>With a Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) or Master's degree (BAC+5) in Logistics/Supply Chain, you have at least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role within an industrial company.</p><br><br><ul><li>You master ERP tools and logistics management software.</li><li>You have a good knowledge of safety standards and good logistics practices.</li><li>You possess excellent skills in organization, planning, and problem-solving.</li><li>You have a recognized ability to communicate effectively and manage a team.</li></ul> <br><br> </div>
<p>Under the responsibility of the UAP manager, the manufacturing team leader is responsible for managing a manufacturing team in order to guarantee the requirements of health, safety, quality, and productivity.</p><p><strong>5S & SSE:</strong> Ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety regulations, and the establishment's internal rules.</p><p><strong>Quality:</strong> Ensure the monitoring and analysis of individual performance in terms of Quality and Productivity. Ensure compliance with the manufacturing process and the proper execution of procedures related to product realization. Provide necessary technical assistance to the team personnel. Promote actions for Quality and productivity improvement. Inform the controller of any anomaly detected on components used. Inform the Preparer of any anomaly detected on the manufacturing file.</p><p><strong>Team Management:</strong> Supervision, animation, and motivation of a team responsible for executing the tasks assigned to it. Welcoming and integrating new operators. Monitoring, with the help of the versatility grid, the adequacy of each operator's skills with the work to be performed.</p><p><strong>Productivity:</strong> Ensure the daily update of time tracking (GTA) and production indicators. PDP Realization: Ensure the monitoring and maintenance of the manufacturing schedule for their team (STS).
