A document with all detailed information will be submitted by the expert (R4). The expert will design a final workshop (R4) to present the adequate framework with the detailed action plan.
Work Location
EGYPT
Expected duration
6 months
Duties and Responsibilities
Background and rationale for support Diasporas contribute significantly to the sustainable development of both destination and origin countries, making diverse economic, social, and cultural contributions. They bring home significant remittances and skills from destination countries, providing significant benefits to home countries and as useful source of technological transfer, and innovative ideas for national development. Migrants also acquire financial resources for sole and joint investment to improve lives, make financial returns, or both. Despite their increasing importance, diaspora policies still receive less consideration than immigration policies. Remittances are a vital tool for development and have significant implications for economic growth through the increase of consumption, investment, and social spending (education, health, social security…). Remittances inflows have increased significantly in recent years and have become the main financial external inflow in African countries, surpassing other inflows that traditionally play an important role in these countries, such as official development assistance (ODA) and foreign direct investment (FDI). In 2025, formal remittances to Africa reached historic levels surpassing US$100 billion, driven by policy reforms and strong diaspora engagement with Egypt ranking 1st and receiving the most important share of remittances ($41.5 billion). However, the positive contribution of international migrants, remittances in particular, is overlooked. And while countries have made some progress on capitalizing on migrants' contribution to development, in African countries these efforts continue to be a missed opportunity. Understanding migrants' positive contribution to their receiving countries and designing policies and tools that protect and empower them is key for maximizing the socioeconomic benefits of migration. Knowing the importance of remittances to economic development and to facilitate evidence-based policies and their implementation, the governments, the private sector, and the NGOs need clear tools, framework and policies that help to better optimize the contribution of Diasporas in the development of their countries of origin. In this context, ECA is implementing a programme on "Strengthening the migration-development nexus in Africa » from 2024 to 2027. The programme supports six African Member States with important diaspora, significant remittance inflows and proactive efforts from the government to leverage diaspora contribution for development and channel remittances to productive investments. The program’s objective is to strengthen the capacities of selected countries to integrate diaspora’ contribution into national development strategies/plans/programmes as alternative source to finance development and to channel remittances to productive investment by developing the practical/adequate institutional, regulatory and financial framework. Scope and tasks of work Under the direct supervision of the Chief of the Subregional Initiatives Section and the Economic Affairs Officer and the overall supervision of the Director of the North Africa Regional Office, the expert will provide technical support and advisory services to the Ministry of Finance and stakeholders in Egypt to develop the adequate framework to better leverage the diasporas’ contribution to development in Egypt. This assessment will help to identify gaps and challenges to build/develop an effective framework to better optimize the contribution of diasporas into development. In addition, a review of Egypt`s investment environment to attract remittances and diaspora savings will be done. This will help to identify challenges and opportunities for investment by Diaspora. Prepare a country situation analysis report based on the results of the assessment. - Develop and propose an effective regulatory and institutional framework based on the country’s context and international experiences with policy reforms and strategic tools/instruments, that are tailored to the needs of Diaspora to channel remittances to investments in Egypt. - Elaborate a detailed roadmap to establish the identified framework, strategic tools/instruments and propose a clear action plan to better leverage diasporas’ investments and contribution to development (actions/ reforms/policies with timeframe, Monitoring & Evaluation matrix and coordination structure). - Take part in national, regional and subregional discussions and workshops related to the programme, and act as a resource person in the work on diasporas’ economic contribution in Egypt. - Develop and implement two (2) workshops: (1) at mid-term to discuss the preliminary results and (2) the final workshop to present the suggested effective framework including policy reforms and the roadmap. Marketing Lead Department: Marketing Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer Work type: Full-time Workplace: Fully remote (we hire globally, apply under the region closest to you) Your Next Role Deserves Better.
Shape the future of AI from anywhere in the world.
At AIVM, we're building the infrastructure that makes AI trusted at machine scale, and a team of people who are as driven by that mission as we are.
Whether you're an engineer, designer, marketer, or operations professional, joining AIVM means becoming part of a global team that values your mind, supports your growth, and celebrates what makes you unique.
. Not Just Ideas: Our Actual Stack.
AIVM is building the infrastructure for the agentic economy — the frontier stack to deploy, verify, and govern AI agents with identity, accountability, and real-time settlement.
On top of it, we're building a growing suite of consumer-facing AI products for both B2B and B2C, plus the tools, APIs, and SDKs behind them.
Together, they give businesses and everyday users AI they can actually trust.
About AIVM AIVM makes AI trusted at machine scale.
We give AI agents identity, accountability, and real-time settlement — frontier infrastructure to deploy, verify, and govern them as they take on real work for real companies.
Our first product, AIVM Brain, is already in market, bringing governed, verifiable AI to enterprise customers today, while the wider protocol is built in parallel.
You would be joining at the most exciting possible moment.
The category is being defined right now, we have two fronts to scale in parallel (AIVM as the infrastructure company and Brain as the product already in customers' hands), and you'll be at the center of both.
About the Role We're looking for a Marketing Lead to work directly alongside our CMO.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who can think in strategy and execute in reality: one day you're building a go-to-market plan, the next you're shipping short-form content, spinning up a growth experiment, or setting up an AI automation to make the whole team faster.
You'll help drive marketing across two fronts at once: scaling AIVM, the infrastructure company, and running full-cycle growth for our consumer-facing AI products across B2B and B2C.
That means you're equally comfortable with technical, developer-led infrastructure marketing and consumer-grade product growth.
You are deeply creative, deeply online, and deeply AI-native.
You understand both Web3 and Web2 tech culture, you know what's trending across platforms before it peaks, and you instinctively reach for AI tools to move faster.
If you're the type of marketer who's already automating half your own workflow and can't stop noticing what makes launch videos, UGC, and short-form content actually work, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do Work directly with the CMO, assisting day-to-day across the full spread of marketing activities and owning execution end-to-end.
Plan and ship social content across our channels, matching the pace and culture of each platform (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and more).
Drive go-to-market execution for both AIVM and our consumer AI products: turn strategy into concrete, sequenced launch and growth plans and then make them happen.
Develop creative marketing strategies and campaign concepts that cut through a noisy AI and crypto landscape.
Design and run growth campaigns and growth plans, from experiment design through to measurement and iteration.
Track the market and emerging trends closely and surface the most relevant ones to the teamt, turning cultural moments into content and campaign opportunities.
Produce and direct short-form content: launch videos, UGC-style content, and platform-native video for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X.
Run full-cycle go-to-market and growth for our consumer AI products across B2B and B2C, from top-of-funnel awareness through activation, retention, and referral.
Set up AI automations and AI-native workflows that improve how the whole marketing team operates.
Support the broader marketing engine across SEO, PR, growth hacking, YouTube, and more.
Why Join Us Two fronts, one seat.
Help scale AIVM the infrastructure company and our consumer AI products across B2B and B2C at the same time.
Few marketing roles give you this range.
Direct line to the CMO.
You'll work as their right hand, learn fast, and have real influence over how we go to market.
Category-defining timing.
The trust layer for the agentic economy is being built right now, and no one has won it yet.
Real ownership.
We hire people to teach us things, not to be told what to do.
You'll have the autonomy to run.
Global, sharp team.
Collaborate with some of the best minds in AI and crypto, across 25+ countries.
Employees With Benefits.
Check out the following, we think you'll want to see what we bring to the table.
PTO: Flexible PTO system based on trust and tenure, including Holidays.
Remote Work: Work remotely from anywhere.
Results matter more than location.
A Schedule That Matches You: Work when you're most productive.
Multiple Ways to Earn: Multiple ways to earn more through IDO, whitelabel, and employee referrals.
All Access to Tools: We cover the software and services that help you succeed.
Climb That Ladder: We prioritize internal promotions and give you the resources to grow with us.
Open Door Policy: No silos, no egos, just a collaborative and supportive team.
Micromanagement, Who?
: We hire people to teach us things, not to be told what to do.
Get Connected: Collaborate with some of the sharpest minds in the industry.
More About AIVM Global Team and Diversity.
AIVM is a globally distributed team spread across 25+ countries, full of sharp thinkers, creative problem-solvers, and builders from all walks of life.
This diverse mix of backgrounds and perspectives enables us to remain adaptable, innovative, and prepared to tackle challenges from every angle, regardless of the time zone.
Support for Learning and Experimentation.
We champion a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
Team members are encouraged to explore new tools, attend industry conferences, enroll in courses, and initiate internal projects.
The Team Culture.
We're a welcoming, global team that believes good people build great things.
Everyone has a voice here.
Everyone contributes.
And everyone has the opportunity to make a real impact, not just within the company, but across the wider AI and crypto ecosystem.
Company Culture and Values At ChainGPT, we value Trust, Effective Speed, Innovation, and Growth.
As our Marketing Lead, you will embody these core values and have the opportunity to contribute to our culture and help drive our success.
Join us on this exciting journey as we shape the future of blockchain and crypto technology.
Additional Information: Employment Compliance and Confidentiality: All employees will be onboarded through our official payroll and HR provider, which manages employment documentation, tax withholdings, and compliance with legal requirements based on the employee’s country of residence.
As part of the onboarding process, each new hire is required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), execute an employment contract, and fulfill any additional legal requirements specific to your jurisdiction.
This process ensures compliance, protects company information, and establishes a secure and professional employment relationship.
Employment Structure: The position is offered on either an employee or contractor basis, depending on the location and role.
Individuals will receive payment via direct deposit on a monthly basis.
Additional details regarding compensation, benefits, and company policies will be provided during onboarding and outlined in the official employment agreement.
Compensation: Salaries are paid in fiat currency via direct deposit on a monthly schedule, with payments issued on the first business day of each month.
This structure ensures timely and transparent compensation aligned with local financial systems.
Probationary Period: All new employees will undergo a 90-day probationary period, which serves as a mutual evaluation phase.
During this time, both the employee and ChainGPT can assess fit, performance, and long-term alignment with the role and company.
What We're Looking For A strong, well-rounded marketer with real depth across multiple domains: go-to-market, growth, content, social, SEO, and PR.
You don't need to be the world's best at all of them, but you should be genuinely capable across the board and sharp in several.
A creative mind who generates ideas, campaigns, and hooks, and who can also execute them without waiting to be told how.
Fluency in both Web3 and Web2 tech culture.
You understand crypto-native audiences and you understand mainstream tech culture, and you can speak to each without missing a beat.
Deep platform knowledge across Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube (including Shorts), with a real feel for what performs on each.
A clear grasp of current content formats and trends: launch videos, UGC-style content, and short-form video, and why they work.
AI-native to the core.
You use AI tools daily, you know how to set up AI automations to improve workflows, and you're always looking for the next tool that makes you faster.
A solid understanding of go-to-market motions, ideally including developer-led and self-serve funnels.
Experience with, or a strong appetite for, scaling consumer products, especially AI consumer products, across the full growth cycle for both B2B and B2C audiences.
A builder's bias toward action: you'd rather ship, learn, and iterate than wait for perfect.
Bonus Points You've helped take a consumer AI product to market and grow it.
Worked in web3/ crypto industry.
You have hands-on experience with growth hacking tactics and can point to experiments you've run and scaled.
You've built AI agents or automations that replaced manual marketing work.
You have a track record in short-form video, either producing it yourself or directing creators.
You've worked in or around crypto / Web3 and understand the culture from the inside.
You have working knowledge of SEO and GEO / AI-search visibility (getting cited by LLMs and AI answer engines).
You've owned PR or earned-media motions.
You have a personal build-in-public presence or an audience of your own.
