PLANNING</p><p>Plans for the right level of availability & performance of database services</p><p>Collects requirements and suggest adequate solutions</p><p>Participates to different phases of a (local or central) project and contributes to project execution</p><p>2. EXECUTION</p><p>Ensure the availability of all database systems supporting business solutions:</p><p>Deploy database monitoring solutions and provide documentation and training to Level 1 team & users</p><p>Responsible for technical projects deployment</p><p>Responsible for risk assessment of components in network scope.</p><p>3. INCIDENT / PROBLEM/ CHANGE MNGMT / MONITORING</p><p>Qualifies and fixes Level-2 & 3 incidents (including via duty) and problems based on pro-active monitoring or issues reported by users</p><p>Technical processing of database requests</p><p>Responsible for systems security & license use to meet compliance</p><p>Comply with OLA/SLA requirements</p><p>Finding root causes of problems & Interrupts</p><p>4. EXPERTISE</p><p>Acts as the technical liaison between operations, service and project management teams and architects, providing critical operational insight to upcoming implementations and strategies, including validation of ongoing solutions supportability</p><p>Participates in the design, implementation, and execution projects for run phase.
