Marketing Lead Department: Marketing Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer Work type: Full-time Workplace: Fully remote (we hire globally, apply under the region closest to you) Your Next Role Deserves Better.
Shape the future of AI from anywhere in the world.
At AIVM, we're building the infrastructure that makes AI trusted at machine scale, and a team of people who are as driven by that mission as we are.
Whether you're an engineer, designer, marketer, or operations professional, joining AIVM means becoming part of a global team that values your mind, supports your growth, and celebrates what makes you unique.
. Not Just Ideas: Our Actual Stack.
AIVM is building the infrastructure for the agentic economy — the frontier stack to deploy, verify, and govern AI agents with identity, accountability, and real-time settlement.
On top of it, we're building a growing suite of consumer-facing AI products for both B2B and B2C, plus the tools, APIs, and SDKs behind them.
Together, they give businesses and everyday users AI they can actually trust.
About AIVM AIVM makes AI trusted at machine scale.
We give AI agents identity, accountability, and real-time settlement — frontier infrastructure to deploy, verify, and govern them as they take on real work for real companies.
Our first product, AIVM Brain, is already in market, bringing governed, verifiable AI to enterprise customers today, while the wider protocol is built in parallel.
You would be joining at the most exciting possible moment.
The category is being defined right now, we have two fronts to scale in parallel (AIVM as the infrastructure company and Brain as the product already in customers' hands), and you'll be at the center of both.
About the Role We're looking for a Marketing Lead to work directly alongside our CMO.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who can think in strategy and execute in reality: one day you're building a go-to-market plan, the next you're shipping short-form content, spinning up a growth experiment, or setting up an AI automation to make the whole team faster.
You'll help drive marketing across two fronts at once: scaling AIVM, the infrastructure company, and running full-cycle growth for our consumer-facing AI products across B2B and B2C.
That means you're equally comfortable with technical, developer-led infrastructure marketing and consumer-grade product growth.
You are deeply creative, deeply online, and deeply AI-native.
You understand both Web3 and Web2 tech culture, you know what's trending across platforms before it peaks, and you instinctively reach for AI tools to move faster.
If you're the type of marketer who's already automating half your own workflow and can't stop noticing what makes launch videos, UGC, and short-form content actually work, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do Work directly with the CMO, assisting day-to-day across the full spread of marketing activities and owning execution end-to-end.
Plan and ship social content across our channels, matching the pace and culture of each platform (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and more).
Drive go-to-market execution for both AIVM and our consumer AI products: turn strategy into concrete, sequenced launch and growth plans and then make them happen.
Develop creative marketing strategies and campaign concepts that cut through a noisy AI and crypto landscape.
Design and run growth campaigns and growth plans, from experiment design through to measurement and iteration.
Track the market and emerging trends closely and surface the most relevant ones to the teamt, turning cultural moments into content and campaign opportunities.
Produce and direct short-form content: launch videos, UGC-style content, and platform-native video for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X.
Run full-cycle go-to-market and growth for our consumer AI products across B2B and B2C, from top-of-funnel awareness through activation, retention, and referral.
Set up AI automations and AI-native workflows that improve how the whole marketing team operates.
Support the broader marketing engine across SEO, PR, growth hacking, YouTube, and more.
Why Join Us Two fronts, one seat.
Help scale AIVM the infrastructure company and our consumer AI products across B2B and B2C at the same time.
Few marketing roles give you this range.
Direct line to the CMO.
You'll work as their right hand, learn fast, and have real influence over how we go to market.
Category-defining timing.
The trust layer for the agentic economy is being built right now, and no one has won it yet.
Real ownership.
We hire people to teach us things, not to be told what to do.
You'll have the autonomy to run.
Global, sharp team.
Collaborate with some of the best minds in AI and crypto, across 25+ countries.
Employees With Benefits.
Check out the following, we think you'll want to see what we bring to the table.
PTO: Flexible PTO system based on trust and tenure, including Holidays.
Remote Work: Work remotely from anywhere.
Results matter more than location.
A Schedule That Matches You: Work when you're most productive.
Multiple Ways to Earn: Multiple ways to earn more through IDO, whitelabel, and employee referrals.
All Access to Tools: We cover the software and services that help you succeed.
Climb That Ladder: We prioritize internal promotions and give you the resources to grow with us.
Open Door Policy: No silos, no egos, just a collaborative and supportive team.
Micromanagement, Who?
: We hire people to teach us things, not to be told what to do.
Get Connected: Collaborate with some of the sharpest minds in the industry.
More About AIVM Global Team and Diversity.
AIVM is a globally distributed team spread across 25+ countries, full of sharp thinkers, creative problem-solvers, and builders from all walks of life.
This diverse mix of backgrounds and perspectives enables us to remain adaptable, innovative, and prepared to tackle challenges from every angle, regardless of the time zone.
Support for Learning and Experimentation.
We champion a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
Team members are encouraged to explore new tools, attend industry conferences, enroll in courses, and initiate internal projects.
The Team Culture.
We're a welcoming, global team that believes good people build great things.
Everyone has a voice here.
Everyone contributes.
And everyone has the opportunity to make a real impact, not just within the company, but across the wider AI and crypto ecosystem.
Company Culture and Values At ChainGPT, we value Trust, Effective Speed, Innovation, and Growth.
As our Marketing Lead, you will embody these core values and have the opportunity to contribute to our culture and help drive our success.
Join us on this exciting journey as we shape the future of blockchain and crypto technology.
Additional Information: Employment Compliance and Confidentiality: All employees will be onboarded through our official payroll and HR provider, which manages employment documentation, tax withholdings, and compliance with legal requirements based on the employee’s country of residence.
As part of the onboarding process, each new hire is required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), execute an employment contract, and fulfill any additional legal requirements specific to your jurisdiction.
This process ensures compliance, protects company information, and establishes a secure and professional employment relationship.
Employment Structure: The position is offered on either an employee or contractor basis, depending on the location and role.
Individuals will receive payment via direct deposit on a monthly basis.
Additional details regarding compensation, benefits, and company policies will be provided during onboarding and outlined in the official employment agreement.
Compensation: Salaries are paid in fiat currency via direct deposit on a monthly schedule, with payments issued on the first business day of each month.
This structure ensures timely and transparent compensation aligned with local financial systems.
Probationary Period: All new employees will undergo a 90-day probationary period, which serves as a mutual evaluation phase.
During this time, both the employee and ChainGPT can assess fit, performance, and long-term alignment with the role and company.
What We're Looking For A strong, well-rounded marketer with real depth across multiple domains: go-to-market, growth, content, social, SEO, and PR.
You don't need to be the world's best at all of them, but you should be genuinely capable across the board and sharp in several.
A creative mind who generates ideas, campaigns, and hooks, and who can also execute them without waiting to be told how.
Fluency in both Web3 and Web2 tech culture.
You understand crypto-native audiences and you understand mainstream tech culture, and you can speak to each without missing a beat.
Deep platform knowledge across Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube (including Shorts), with a real feel for what performs on each.
A clear grasp of current content formats and trends: launch videos, UGC-style content, and short-form video, and why they work.
AI-native to the core.
You use AI tools daily, you know how to set up AI automations to improve workflows, and you're always looking for the next tool that makes you faster.
A solid understanding of go-to-market motions, ideally including developer-led and self-serve funnels.
Experience with, or a strong appetite for, scaling consumer products, especially AI consumer products, across the full growth cycle for both B2B and B2C audiences.
A builder's bias toward action: you'd rather ship, learn, and iterate than wait for perfect.
Bonus Points You've helped take a consumer AI product to market and grow it.
Worked in web3/ crypto industry.
You have hands-on experience with growth hacking tactics and can point to experiments you've run and scaled.
You've built AI agents or automations that replaced manual marketing work.
You have a track record in short-form video, either producing it yourself or directing creators.
You've worked in or around crypto / Web3 and understand the culture from the inside.
You have working knowledge of SEO and GEO / AI-search visibility (getting cited by LLMs and AI answer engines).
You've owned PR or earned-media motions.
You have a personal build-in-public presence or an audience of your own.

bout the Platform

Project: Morocco Steady-State Operations

Environment: Government-grade, on-premises bare-metal infrastructure. Three security-zone Kubernetes clusters (DMZ, Core, Red Zone) underpinned by a Fortinet security fabric (FortiGate 901G HA pair, FortiSwitch, FortiManager, FortiPAM, FortiWeb WAF, FortiADC, FortiAnalyzer) and Dell PowerEdge R670 compute nodes with Ceph distributed storage. Backup is delivered via Dell PowerProtect.

Operations model: The platform has been deployed and accepted. Together, the two roles provide full-stack operational coverage. When a platform incident has a network/security dimension — for example, a pod failing to reach an external endpoint — you collaborate across the boundary and escalate correctly.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Kubernetes Cluster Operations

Monitor health of all three Kubernetes clusters (DMZ, Core, Red Zone): node readiness, control plane component status, etcd health, and API server responsiveness.

Investigate and resolve pod scheduling failures, CrashLoopBackOff events, OOMKill incidents, and persistent volume claim binding issues.

Manage node maintenance: cordon, drain, perform maintenance (firmware, OS patch, hardware swap), and return nodes to service.

Monitor and enforce namespace resource quotas, limit ranges, and network policy posture — flag and remediate any drift from the accepted baseline.

Manage RBAC: onboard/offboard cluster users and service accounts, review permissions quarterly, maintain least-privilege posture.

Renew and rotate Kubernetes cluster certificates, ingress TLS certificates, and any expiring secrets before expiry.

Coordinate with the application team on deployment readiness: validate ingress routing, service endpoints, and resource availability before application releases.

Ceph Storage Operations

Monitor Ceph cluster health dashboard daily: OSD status, PG states, replication factor compliance, and capacity utilisation against defined thresholds.

Respond to OSD failure alerts: investigate disk health (SMART data), replace failed OSDs, and monitor rebalancing to completion before any second failure.

Monitor Ceph pool capacity and raise alerts when utilisation exceeds planned thresholds — coordinate capacity planning reviews with the client.

Validate PVC provisioning for new workloads: confirm correct pool assignment, access mode, and reclaim policy.

Dell Compute & Node Operations

Monitor Dell PowerEdge R670 nodes via iDRAC: hardware alerts (PSU, DIMM, NIC, disk, thermal), BIOS event logs, and remote console readiness.

Manage firmware lifecycle: track available BIOS, iDRAC, NIC, and PERC firmware updates; schedule and apply via approved maintenance windows.

Maintain Linux OS baseline on all Kubernetes nodes: security patches, kernel updates, containerd and kubelet version alignment with the cluster compatibility matrix.

Maintain hardware inventory register: track serial numbers, firmware versions, and warranty status per node.

Backup & Recovery Operations

Monitor Dell PowerProtect backup jobs daily: confirm job completion, investigate and remediate failures, and maintain the backup success rate SLA.

Execute and document periodic restore tests (minimum quarterly): restore at least one VM and one data scenario, record restore time, verify data integrity.

Manage backup policy changes through change control: scope adjustments, retention updates, and schedule changes.

Maintain the restore runbook with current, tested procedures — update after every restore test.

Observability & Alerting

Maintain the observability pipeline: ensure log collection, metrics scraping, and alerting are functioning across all nodes and clusters.

Triage platform-level alerts: distinguish noise from genuine incidents, tune alerting thresholds, and escalate per the defined severity model.

Produce weekly platform health summaries: cluster utilisation, backup status, storage capacity, and outstanding incidents.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must-Have Requirements

Kubernetes operations experience in a production environment: node management, workload troubleshooting, RBAC, PVC/storage, certificate rotation. CKA required.

Linux systems administration: OS patching, kernel management, systemd, journald, process and disk troubleshooting.

Ceph or comparable distributed storage operations: OSD monitoring, failure response, capacity management.

Backup platform operations (Dell PowerProtect, Veeam, or equivalent): job monitoring, failure remediation, restore testing and evidence production.

Bare-metal server operations: iDRAC or iLO monitoring, firmware management, hardware fault response.

Observability tooling: experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or equivalent for cluster-level monitoring.

On-site availability in Morocco on a permanent or long-term basis.

Good-to-Have

CKS (Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist) — strongly preferred given the government security classification of the platform.

Dell PowerEdge-specific experience (PowerEdge R670 or R-series equivalent, iDRAC 9/10, OMSA).

Dell PowerProtect-specific experience vs generic backup platform knowledge.

Kubernetes upgrade experience: minor version upgrades of control plane and worker nodes on a live cluster.

Familiarity with Fortinet/network layer concepts (enough to collaborate on cross-domain incidents with the Network & Security Ops Engineer).

French or Arabic language capability.

The report will include (i) identified gaps and challenges of building an effective regulatory, investment, and institutional framework in addition to a relevant information system to better optimize the contribution of diasporas into development and (ii) a review of Egypt`s investment environment to attract remittances. A report with all detailed information (R3) will be submitted by the expert. d) A detailed roadmap (actions/ reforms/policies with timeframe...) to establish the identified framework and a clear action plan to better leverage diasporas’ investments and contribution to the development of Egypt. A document with all detailed information will be submitted by the expert (R4). The expert will design a final workshop (R4) to present the adequate framework with the detailed action plan.
Work Location
EGYPT
Expected duration
6 months
Duties and Responsibilities
Background and rationale for support Diasporas contribute significantly to the sustainable development of both destination and origin countries, making diverse economic, social, and cultural contributions. They bring home significant remittances and skills from destination countries, providing significant benefits to home countries and as useful source of technological transfer, and innovative ideas for national development. Migrants also acquire financial resources for sole and joint investment to improve lives, make financial returns, or both. Despite their increasing importance, diaspora policies still receive less consideration than immigration policies. Remittances are a vital tool for development and have significant implications for economic growth through the increase of consumption, investment, and social spending (education, health, social security…). Remittances inflows have increased significantly in recent years and have become the main financial external inflow in African countries, surpassing other inflows that traditionally play an important role in these countries, such as official development assistance (ODA) and foreign direct investment (FDI). In 2025, formal remittances to Africa reached historic levels surpassing US$100 billion, driven by policy reforms and strong diaspora engagement with Egypt ranking 1st and receiving the most important share of remittances ($41.5 billion). However, the positive contribution of international migrants, remittances in particular, is overlooked. And while countries have made some progress on capitalizing on migrants' contribution to development, in African countries these efforts continue to be a missed opportunity. Understanding migrants' positive contribution to their receiving countries and designing policies and tools that protect and empower them is key for maximizing the socioeconomic benefits of migration. Knowing the importance of remittances to economic development and to facilitate evidence-based policies and their implementation, the governments, the private sector, and the NGOs need clear tools, framework and policies that help to better optimize the contribution of Diasporas in the development of their countries of origin. In this context, ECA is implementing a programme on "Strengthening the migration-development nexus in Africa » from 2024 to 2027. The programme supports six African Member States with important diaspora, significant remittance inflows and proactive efforts from the government to leverage diaspora contribution for development and channel remittances to productive investments. The program’s objective is to strengthen the capacities of selected countries to integrate diaspora’ contribution into national development strategies/plans/programmes as alternative source to finance development and to channel remittances to productive investment by developing the practical/adequate institutional, regulatory and financial framework. Scope and tasks of work Under the direct supervision of the Chief of the Subregional Initiatives Section and the Economic Affairs Officer and the overall supervision of the Director of the North Africa Regional Office, the expert will provide technical support and advisory services to the Ministry of Finance and stakeholders in Egypt to develop the adequate framework to better leverage the diasporas’ contribution to development in Egypt. The expert will: - Prepare an inception report demonstrating a good understanding of the task and detailing among others the work to be undertaken, the conceptual framework, the methodology, the work plan, the annotated plan of the report and the chronogram of the activities. - Assess the existing framework, available data and information on institutional, regulatory, financial aspects related to remittances and its contribution to sustainable development in Egypt. This assessment will help to identify gaps and challenges to build/develop an effective framework to better optimize the contribution of diasporas into development. In addition, a review of Egypt`s investment environment to attract remittances and diaspora savings will be done. This will help to identify challenges and opportunities for investment by Diaspora. Prepare a country situation analysis report based on the results of the assessment. - Develop and propose an effective regulatory and institutional framework based on the country’s context and international experiences with policy reforms and strategic tools/instruments, that are tailored to the needs of Diaspora to channel remittances to investments in Egypt. - Elaborate a detailed roadmap to establish the identified framework, strategic tools/instruments and propose a clear action plan to better leverage diasporas’ investments and contribution to development (actions/ reforms/policies with timeframe, Monitoring & Evaluation matrix and coordination structure). - Take part in national, regional and subregional discussions and workshops related to the programme, and act as a resource person in the work on diasporas’ economic contribution in Egypt. - Develop and implement two (2) workshops: (1) at mid-term to discuss the preliminary results and (2) the final workshop to present the suggested effective framework including policy reforms and the roadmap. The expert is expected to ensure the involvement of relevant stakeholders (Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies, Development Partners; private sector, civil society...), in collaboration with the established National Technical working group in Egypt. Anticipated Deliverables and Implementation schedule 2 days after signing the contract - The ECA and the Ministry of Finance in Egypt organize a meeting with the expert. 2 weeks after signing the contract - The expert submits to ECA and Ministry of Finance an inception report (R1) detailing the conceptualization of the assignment that strongly demonstrates a clear understanding and interpretation of the objectives and tasks; and detailing among others the work to be undertaken, the conceptual framework, the methodology, the work plan, the annotated plan of the report and the chronogram of the activities. 1.5 months after signing the contract - The expert presents to the ECA, The Ministry of Finance and the National Technical Working Group the assessment of the existing framework, available data and information on institutional, legal, financial aspects related to remittances and its contribution to sustainable development in Egypt. In this context, UNDP has established a Global Policy Network (GPN), a global and field-based technical expertise network covering a wide range of knowledge areas and supporting signature solutions and organizational capabilities outlined in the Strategic Plan. The Bureau for Policy and Programme Support (BPPS) and the Crisis Bureau (CB) are the two anchoring bureaus of the GPN.

In this framework, the new Governance, Rule of Law and Peacebuilding (GRP) Hub, a joint initiative with BPPS, provides leadership and advisory services to strengthen UNDP’s impact on governance and peacebuilding, ensuring the integration of democratic governance and human rights into crisis response and recovery. The Hub aims to build an integrated portfolio collaboratively between CB and BPPS and to establish partnerships with various stakeholders, including the UN system, IFIs, civil society, and the private sector.

Through Local Action, the GRP Hub seeks to contribute to peace and development, achieve visible impact on communities, and improve lives by delivering integrated solutions that leverage global expertise and partnerships. The Local Action unit works closely with local and regional governments as key development actors, emphasizing their role as service delivery leaders, drivers of innovation, and the level of government closest to people.

Local and regional governments are already responsible for more than 65% of SDG targets, most of which relate to the delivery of basic services such as water, sanitation, mobility, climate action, health, and education. Cities and territories play an important role in implementing the SDGs, which are increasingly used as a strategic medium- and long-term planning and budgeting tool. Since 2015, local governments and their associations have become increasingly active in promoting the SDGs through advocacy, working with local populations and partners to translate the spirit of Agenda 2030 into cities and territories. Local governments have also begun using the SDGs as a strategic framework to deliver better and more innovative public services aligned with SDG targets and indicators.

Within the SDG Local Action project, UNDP is one of the implementing partners of the Mayors’ Challenge, a global initiative aimed at rethinking the most essential services cities provide to residents.

In this context, the SDG Local Action project is launching a call for applications to recruit a Project Supervisor to support the implementation of the Mayors’ Challenge in the city of Fez, Morocco, one of the winning cities of the 2025 edition.

The project “Smart Management of the Cleanliness Sector, Integration of Waste Pickers into Cooperatives, and Promotion of the Circular Economy” aims to address challenges related to informal waste recovery activities. These activities, carried out by waste pickers operating outside the formal system, are often conducted in precarious and unsanitary conditions, contributing to the spread of illegal dumping sites across the city, affecting living conditions, urban attractiveness, and public health.

Through an inclusive and structured approach, the project foresees the integration of waste pickers into formal cooperatives, ensuring respect for their dignity, access to stable income, social protection, and training programs that support their long-term inclusion and future prospects.

The innovative nature of this initiative lies in its ability to professionalize the sector while placing waste pickers at the center of the operational system. By becoming managers of collection and sorting points, they are recognized as strategic partners in urban cleanliness and recycling, actively contributing to citizen awareness and the promotion of waste sorting at source.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Project Coordinator will perform the following functions:

A.
