Respect guest privacy (e.g., by respecting the "Do Not Disturb" sign) and the confidentiality of information. Take into consideration guest behavior and inform the GG supervisor/assistant. Report any guest comments or complaints. Ensure guest documentation in rooms is complete and up-to-date. Attend a daily briefing with the housekeeping team. Sort and count soiled linen items before sending them to the laundry. Sort waste. Take care of hotel equipment, complimentary welcome gifts, and guest linens. Be responsible for cleaning and restocking the cart daily. Keep the cart and storage area impeccably organized. Ensure corridors are kept clean and free of obstructions. Apply hotel safety rules. Contribute to the hotel's commitments under the Environmental Charter (energy conservation, recycling, waste sorting, etc.). Be fully flexible and adapt to the rotation within the different subsections of the housekeeping department.
