Elle veille à l’application des politiques, règles et procédures du PNUD et des Nations Unies en matière de gestion des ressources humaines, tout en soutenant les unités de programme et d’opérations dans la gestion du cycle de vie du personnel, le recrutement, la gestion des talents, le développement des capacités et le bien-être du personnel.</p><br><p>Afin de renforcer l’appui aux activités de l’unité et de contribuer à la prestation efficace des services RH, le Bureau de pays du PNUD Maroc recrute un(e) stagiaire en Ressources Humaines. Le stage offrira une opportunité d’apprentissage pratique dans un environnement international et multiculturel, tout en permettant au/à la stagiaire de contribuer aux activités quotidiennes de l’unité.</p><br><p><strong>2. Objectif du stage</strong></p><br><p>Permettre au/à la stagiaire d’acquérir une expérience pratique au sein d’une unité de Ressources Humaines d’un Bureau de pays du PNUD, tout en contribuant à la fourniture efficace de services RH et à la mise en œuvre des processus liés à la gestion du personnel, au recrutement, à l’administration des contrats et au développement des capacités, conformément aux politiques et procédures du PNUD.</p><br> <strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong><br><p>Placé.e sous la supervision de la responsable de l’unité des ressources humaines, le/la stagiaire en ressources humaines sera chargé(e) des tâches suivantes :</p><br><p>Apporter un appui à l’unité des Ressources Humaines dans la mise en œuvre des stratégies RH, en mettant l’accent sur l’atteinte des résultats suivants :</p><br><ul> <li>Fournir un appui administratif aux processus et procédures RH afin d’assurer une pleine conformité avec les règles, règlements, politiques et stratégies des Nations Unies / du PNUD.</li> <li>Assurer un appui administratif au recrutement du personnel, y compris les PSA, les UNV et les stagiaires.</li> <li>Fournir un appui administratif pour la gestion des contrat (Intégration, extension des contrats et séparation du personne).</li></ul><p>Appui à la mise en œuvre efficace des services liés aux ressources humaines, en mettant l’accent sur l’atteinte des résultats suivants :</p><br><ul> <li>Appuyer la préparation de la documentation, la soumission des requêtes et le suivi des transactions liées aux RH.</li> <li>Fournir un appui pour les questions au bien‑être du personnel.</li> <li>Fournir un appui et/ou des contributions au personnel pour les questions liées aux congés.</li> <li>Assurer la tenue et la mise à jour d’un système de classement / d’une base de données approprié(e) pour la documentation RH.</li></ul><p>Appui au renforcement des connaissances et au partage des connaissances, en mettant l’accent sur l’atteinte des résultats suivants :</p><br><ul> <li>Participation aux formations pertinentes destinées au personnel des opérations.</li> <li>Appui à la participation au programme d’intégration et à l’achèvement des formations obligatoires pour le personnel nouvellement recruté.</li></ul> <strong>Eligibilité</strong><br> Les candidat.e.s au programme de stages du PNUD doivent, au moment de la candidature, remplir <u>l’une</u> des conditions suivantes :<br><p>a. Être inscrit.e à un programme de diplôme de troisième cycle (tel qu’un master ou plus);</p><br><p>b. Être inscrit.e en dernière année académique d’un premier cycle universitaire (licence ou équivalent);</p><br><p>c. Avoir récemment obtenu un diplôme universitaire (tel que défini aux points (a) et (b) ci-dessus) et, en cas de sélection, commencer le stage dans un délai d’un an après l’obtention du diplôme;</p><br><p>d. Set up accurate accounts for each guest according to their requirements. Enter Marriott Rewards information. Ensure rates match market codes, document exceptions.
