<p>Organizing, controlling and measurement of strategic pooling and procurement activities, with the objective of establishing optimum conditions on an excellent supplier base contributing to the operational result for the Company. Manage the procurement team by leading and coaching the employees to maximize their personal growth and career opportunities. Responsible for the Purchase-to-Pay activities of all suppliers and ensuring that standard processes and procedures are being expedited. Coordinates and manages a team to achieve optimum conditions and savings through collaborative, targeted activities and to increase profit from global and cross-business or sourcing for one business. Negotiates frame contracts; defines core assortment; documents frame contracts in relevant Supplier Management IT-systems.
