<p>The mission of the job is to support the Project Director in the management of the Main Construction Contract within the constraints of time, cost and quality and safety, by continuously monitoring and reporting compliance of contractual obligations. Key areas of focus include Main Contract and Sub-contracts management, implementation of efficient and effective internal and external communications protocols, site liaison, negotiation of change orders and variations, sub-contractor management, and active contractual risk management, monitoring and reporting.
