<p>Oversee and manage supplier accounting transactions, including recording supplier invoices, expense claims, and related journal entries in AX. Verify invoices against supporting documentation (purchase orders, receipts, delivery notes, contracts, and agreements) and ensure proper approvals before processing. Prepare and process supplier payments, record banking transactions, and manage intercompany (IC) netting activities. Perform vendor, customer, bank, and intercompany account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies. Analyze accounts and investigate accounting variances, exceptions, and outstanding balances to maintain accurate financial records. Monitor and follow up on missing invoices and unresolved supplier issues to ensure complete and accurate transaction processing. Manage supplier relationships by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain organized filing and archiving of invoices, payment records, reconciliations, and supporting documentation in compliance with company requirements. Prepare incentive-related documentation and provide accounting, administrative, and operational support to the Finance Department as required. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, accounts payable processes, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with strong analytical and reporting skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in English; French and Arabic are considered an asset.
