<br> Job : <p><u><strong>GENERAL MISSION:</strong></u></p><br><br><p>Reporting to the Recovery Department, the <strong>Head of Litigation Department</strong> is responsible for managing and overseeing all of the foundation's litigation actions, in relation to clients, ensuring the management of defaulted accounts and the handling of disputes with clients/Guarantors. They ensure the implementation of judicial or amicable procedures aimed at recovering debts while guaranteeing compliance with current regulations. <br> Job : <p>As part of strengthening our teams, we are recruiting a Head of Reception & Admissions to join our facility located in Bouskoura.</p><br><br><p>Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Department, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of patient reception and admission activities, while managing the dedicated team and ensuring a quality patient experience.</p><br><br><p>Your main responsibilities:</p><br><br><ul><li>Supervise and organize patient reception and admission activities.</li><li>Lead, motivate, train, and support the Reception & Admissions team to ensure quality service.</li><li>Ensure proper administrative management of admissions, compliance of patient records, and adherence to internal procedures.</li><li>Monitor activity indicators and implement continuous improvement actions.</li><li>Coordinate communication between medical, care, and administrative teams to ensure a smooth and efficient patient journey.</li><li>Manage sensitive situations and complaints, and provide appropriate solutions in line with quality standards.</li><li>Participate in optimizing reception, admission, billing, and patient care processes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with current confidentiality, safety, and quality regulations.</li></ul> <br> Required profile : <p>Profile sought:</p><br><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in Management, Administration, or equivalent specialty.</li><li>Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a clinic, hospital, or healthcare facility.</li><li>Excellent team management and organizational skills.</li><li>Very good customer service, patient relations, and reception skills.</li><li>Good command of computer tools and hospital management software.</li><li>Rigorous, autonomous, reactive, discreet, and excellent communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage priorities and work in a demanding environment.</li></ul> <br><br> </div>
