<br> Job : <p>As part of the development of our Supeco business unit, we are strengthening our Operations department by recruiting a Network Supervisor in Rabat.</p><br><br><p>Assigned to the Operations Department, your role is to ensure the overall performance of a network of stores by managing teams, optimizing operations, and achieving commercial objectives, while ensuring regular and reliable reporting of activity.</p><br><br><p>Missions & Responsibilities:</p><br><br><p>Supervise and support store teams in the network;<br>Ensure the correct application of the brand's procedures and standards;<br>Manage commercial performance (turnover, margins, key indicators);<br>Analyze results and implement corrective action plans;<br>Ensure regular reporting to the Regional Department Manager and report field alerts;<br>Ensure operational efficiency in stores by optimizing product availability, commercial visibility, and customer experience;<br>Deploy action plans defined by the management and regional management;<br>Identify areas for improvement and contribute to network development;<br>Participate in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of store teams;<br>Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality in stores.</p><br><br> <br> Required profile : <p>With a minimum of a Bac+2 (2-year higher education degree) in commerce, management, or equivalent, you have significant experience in store management, ideally in the mass retail sector (GMS).</p><br><br><p>Proven experience in supervising field teams;<br>Experience in multi-site management and managing field sales teams;<br>Good knowledge of in-store operations and GMS standards;<br>Mastery of commercial performance indicators;<br>Management skills and ability to rally teams;<br>Analytical mind, rigor, and responsiveness;<br>Results-oriented, organizational skills, and strong field presence.</p><br><br><p>"LabelVie is committed to preventing all forms of discrimination, particularly those based on sex or family status and responsibilities.
