We have an exciting opportunity available for an Associate Scientist to join our team at our Cambridge site near Boston, MA. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a broad range of in vitro cell-based and molecular experiments, including cell culture, plate-based assays, and cellular/molecular profiling using the latest instrumentation from real-time cell imaging to highly sensitive multiplex protein characterization. This role requires the analysis, interpretation, communication, and presentation of high-quality, reproducible data sets to support multiple programs across the rheumatology portfolio. This is a lab-based position and requires full-time on-site presence. Successful candidates will thrive in a collaborative lab environment.</p><br><p><strong>Key responsibilities include: </strong></p><br><ul><li><strong>Optimize & support cell-based functional studies:</strong> work within the target identification & validation team to develop and execute on multiple functional studies with primary human cells using real-time cell imaging and flow cytometric profiling to track cell growth, survival and migration. Broaden skills to enable effective planning and execution of high throughput screens and gain experience with the latest technologies in cell-based profiling.</li><li><strong>Perform analytical assays & support troubleshooting:</strong> conduct analytical assays to evaluate both RNA and protein composition from in vitro cell cultures and patient-derived biospecimens by qPCR and ELISA-type technologies, respectively. Generate high-quality data to support selection of disease relevant cell culture and stimulation conditions to drive target candidate nominations. Develop the skills to independently troubleshoot assays and instruments to ensure consistent quality data output.</li><li><strong>Analyze & communicate results:</strong> analyze study results, organize and document the results in an electronic lab notebook (ELN), and effectively communicate updates, troubleshooting, and results to the team. Interpret results and draw conclusions from multistage experiments with support from study owners and project leads. <br></span><p>The Sales Administration Officer is accountable for processing purchases on a daily basis including the placement and tracking of orders, management of shipments and processing of customer accounts.</p><br><br><br>Main Duties and Responsibilities
<br><ul>
<li>Receive orders related to software and/or hardware through email or CRM and update customers accordingly</li>
<li>Price, create an ERP account and input orders into the vendor’s system while updating Salesforce and Traverse</li>
<li>Upload purchase orders in Salesforce</li>
<li>Track shipments, update tracking file and handle any issues or discrepancies with related stakeholders</li>
<li>Act as the primary contact to customers, close business in coordination with the related sales employee and complete administrative functions in line with the objectives and responsibilities of the Sales Team</li>
<li>Update customers and internal stakeholders on order backlogs and information</li>
<li>Work with logistics, sales and credit teams to ensure order fulfilment in a timely manner</li>
<li>Handle customer complaints in a timely manner and escalate issues when necessary</li>
<li>Update sales reports as required and manage ad hoc requests as and when necessary</li>

<br><br>Education
<br><p>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field</p><br><br><br>Experience
<br><ul>
<li>2–4 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, or a similar coordination role.</li>
<li>Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Experience handling quotations, invoicing, order processing, and sales documentation with a high level of accuracy.</li>
<li>Ability to execute and follow established processes, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and company policies.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills to ensure timely completion of tasks and customer requests.</li>
<li>Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams, finance, operations, and customers.</li>
<li>Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.</li>
