<p>Source and procure raw materials in line with production requirements. Manage supplier relationships and maintain effective communication. Monitor supplier performance regarding quality, cost, and delivery. Ensure timely material availability to support production schedules. Resolve supply chain and delivery issues to minimize operational disruptions. Support cost reduction and procurement optimization initiatives. <p>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.</p>
<p>Minimum 2 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry.</p>
<p>Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory planning.</p>
<p>Experience with ERP systems (SAP is mandatory ).</p>
<p>Strong negotiation and communication skills.</p>
<p>Analytical mindset with good problem-solving abilities.</p>
<p>Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment.</p>
<p>Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.</p>
<p>Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.</p>

<p>In the context of our client's development, we are looking for a Head of Methods and Planning.<br><br><strong>Main Missions:</strong><br><br>Lead the industrial methods and production scheduling activities to optimize workshop performance.<br>Develop, plan, and monitor production programs according to industrial capacities, deadlines, and customer needs.<br>Optimize manufacturing processes, production flows, and resource utilization.<br>Define and update operational guides, standard times, and production procedures.<br>Coordinate interfaces between production, maintenance, purchasing, logistics, and other technical departments.<br>Ensure monitoring of performance indicators (productivity, on-time delivery, service rate, OEE, etc.) and implement continuous improvement actions.<br>Participate in industrialization, process improvement, and cost optimization projects.<br>Supervise and develop the Methods and Planning teams.<br>Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental requirements, and industrial standards.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>State Engineer in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent.<br>Proven experience of at least 8 years in industrial methods, planning, and scheduling within an industrial environment, ideally in the construction materials, metallurgy, cement, or heavy industry sectors.<br>Solid mastery of scheduling techniques, production planning, flow optimization, and industrial methods.<br>Proven experience in managing technical teams.<br>Good knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, etc.).<br>Proficiency in industrial ERP and planning tools (SAP, Oracle, Sage X3, or equivalent) as well as advanced office tools.<br>Excellent analytical, organizational, coordination, and priority management skills.</p>
