<h2 class="h5">وصف الوظيفة</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> ثقافة الشركة : Alten Maroc تعرف بثقافة تعاونية عميقة، تركيزها على الأشخاص والثقة والدعم الجماعي القوي، مع مدراء عمليين يوجهون ويطورون المواهب. هذا البيئة يعززها دافع قوي للابتكار، يشجع الإبداع والمبادرة وتجربة المشاريع عبرها. تنظيم منضبط ومهيكل يضمن الكفاءة والصرامة والجودة في تسليم الهندسة. الأداء والطموح جزء من الثقافة أيضاً، يدعم النجاح الجماعي مع الحفاظ على بيئة إيجابية ومراعية. الوظيفة : سياق المهمة: كجزء من تقوية فرق التصنيع لإحدى عملائنا، نبحث عن مهندس دعم تشفير / GENOME لتقديم دعم المستوى 1 على أدوات التشفير المستخدمة من قبل العميل. سيكون المستشار مسؤولاً عن تحليل الحوادث وحلها مع ضمان دعم فعال للمستخدمين. المهام الرئيسية: <ul><li>توفير دعم وظيفي من المستوى 1 على أدوات CODIFICATION و GENOME.</li><li>تشخيص وتحليل وحل الحوادث التي يبلغ عنها المستخدمون.</li><li>ضمان مراقبة وتصعيد الحوادث عند الحاجة.</li><li>دعم المستخدمين في حل مشاكلهم.</li><li>المشاركة في التحسين المستمر لعمليات الدعم.</li><li>اكتساب سرعة الخبرة في الأدوات والعمليات ضمن النطاق.</li><li>المساهمة في ترصيد المعرفة وتوثيق الحلول.</li></ul> الملف المطلوب : درجة الماجستير (Bac+5) من 1 إلى 3 سنوات من الخبرة <ul><li>خبرة في دعم التطبيقات أو الدعم الوظيفي.</li><li>خبرة باستخدام أدوات CODIFICATION و GENOME مطلوبة بشدة.</li><li>خبرة في صناعة السيارات، وخصوصاً في Stellantis، ميزة حقيقية.</li></ul>المهارات الفنية الأساسية: <ul><li>خبرة في دعم التطبيقات (المستوى 1).</li><li>إتقان قوي لأدوات Stellantis CODIFICATION و GENOME.</li><li>مهارات تحليل وحل الحوادث جيدا.</li><li>معرفة بعمليات دعم المستخدم.</li></ul>المهارات الفنية المفضلة: <ul><li>خبرة في بيئة التصنيع.</li><li>معرفة بنظام Stellantis البيئي.</li></ul>المهارات الشخصية: <ul><li>مهارات تحليلية وتركيبية.</li><li>فضول وقدرة تعلم قوية.</li><li>سلوك مبادر.</li><li>التوجه لخدمة العملاء.</li><li>الاستقلالية والدقة.</li><li>مهارات التعامل مع الآخرين وروح الفريق.</li></ul>اللغات: <ul><li>الفرنسية: بطلاقة (مطلوب).</li><li>الإنجليزية: بطلاقة (مطلوب).</li></ul> </div>

<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> RIBATIS , Opérateur de la transformation digitale dans le domaine du #eGOV, cherche à #Recruter un #INGENIEUR#QUALITE#LOGICIEL - Missions : ·Définir et rédiger les programmes des campagnes de test des produits logiciels ; ·Analyser le cahier des charges, la documentation fonctionnelle et technique, les maquettes et prototypes afin de prendre connaissance des spécifications du produit ; ·Déterminer les spécifications à tester en rappelant toutes les défaillances qui peuvent intervenir au cours de la vie du produit ; ·Élaborer les scénarios et les plans de tests et les introduire au niveau de la plateforme de gestion des tests prévue à cet effet ; ·Concevoir les scripts d’automatisation des tests de non-régression relatifs aux modules et fonctionnalités stables ; ·Procéder aux tests des produits sur les plateformes de test et préproduction en effectuant des simulations de fonctionnement conformément aux plans de tests prédéfinis ; ·Réaliser les tests de performance de produits en le soumettant à différentes contraintes d’utilisation, de montée en charge, de volume de donnée manipulées, … ; ·Relever les paramètres et enregistrer les mesures obtenues à l’aide de logiciels, outils et scripts prévus à cet effet ; ·Proposer les améliorations et/ou modifications des méthodes et procédures de tests et recette ; ·Loguer les résultats de tests sur les outils de bug tracking prévus à cet effet en renseignant le maximum d’information aidant les équipes fonctionnelles et technique dans l’analyse et la résolution des disfonctionnements ; ·Rédiger les rapports et bilans de tests et recettes en prévision du Go / No Go en production ; ·Proposer les mesures correctives globales. --------------------- Pour toute personne intéressée, prière de nous adresser vos candidatures sur rh@ribatis.com en précisant au niveau de l'objet de l'émail l'offre pour laquelle vous postulez. #Hiring#Ingénieur_Qualite_Logiciel#Ingenieurqualitelogiciel#IT Profil- Formation initiale : BAC+5 en IT, Spécialité Qualité logiciel - Expérience : Au moins une année probante dans un poste équivalent - Savoir-être : Une personne ·Comprend/Apprend vite ; ·Rigoureuse & Proactive ; ·Organisée. - Savoir-faire : Une personne qui sait ·Maîtriser les approches & les techniques de test ; ·Gérer une campagne de tests (Recevabilité, Non régression, ...) ; ·Rédiger de la documentation (Plan tests, Rapport compagne tests, …). </div>
