In coordination with the Director of Field Training Management, Senior National Training Managers, Marketing, and Sales Management, the FTM delivers advanced product messaging and business-development training, monitors skill progression from entry-level to senior sales roles, and supports the Aesthetics Portfolio.</p><br><p>The FTM enhances sales representatives’ ability to communicate advanced scientific information, business-development practices, and portfolio messaging through field co-travels, training courses, manager meetings, and National Sales Meetings.
