<h2 class="h5">الوصف الوظيفي</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> الوظيفة : كجزء من تطوير مصنعنا المتخصص في صناعة البسكويتات، المنتجات المحشوة، والمنتجات المغلفة بالشوكولا، نحن نبحث عن مدير البحث والتطوير - R&D biscuits. المهام الرئيسية التقرير إلى الإدارة العامة والعمل مع فرق الإنتاج، الجودة، الشراء، التسويق والصيانة، سيكون لدى مدير R&D المهام الرئيسية التالية: * تطوير وصفات جديدة للبسكويتات، الكوكيز، المنتجات المحشوة، السندويشات، والمنتجات المغطاة. * تحسين الوصفات الحالية من حيث الطعم، النسيج، المظهر، مدة الصلاحية، والاتساق. * إجراء الاختبارات المعملية ودعم الاختبارات الصناعية على خطوط الإنتاج. * ضمان نقل الوصفات من مرحلة المختبر إلى الإنتاج الصناعي. * تحديد المعايير الفنية للتصنيع: وقت الخلط، الحرارة، سرعة المعدات، الخبز، التبريد، الحشو، والتغليف. * تطوير وتحديث أوراق الوصفات، الأوراق الفنية، والمعايير التصنيعية. * تحديد استهلاك المواد الخام القياسي والعوائد المتوقعة. * المشاركة في تقليل هدر المواد وتحسين تكاليف الإنتاج. * البحث واختبار مواد خام بديلة لتحسين الجودة أو خفض التكاليف. * العمل على تحسين الوزن والأبعاد والرطوبة والملمس ومدة صلاحية المنتجات. * تحليل عيوب المنتج التي تواجهها أثناء الإنتاج واقتراح إجراءات تصحيحية. * تقديم الدعم الفني اليومي لفرق الإنتاج أثناء بدء التشغيل، تغيّر الوصفات، والحوادث التصنيعية. * المشاركة في تأهيل مزودي المواد الخام الجدد والمواد الجديدة. * التعاون مع قسم الجودة لضمان الامتثال التنظيمي والصحي والوثائق للمنتجات الجديدة. * إعداد العينات والنماذج للاختبارات الداخلية واختبارات العملاء والدراسات الاستهلاكية. * البقاء على اطلاع باتجاهات جديدة ومكونات وعمليات وابتكارات في قطاع البسكويت. * المشاركة في مشاريع تركيب وتشغيل خطوط إنتاج جديدة أو معدات. الملف الشخصي المطلوب : * درجة في هندسة الغذاء، هندسة الصناعة الغذائية، أو ما يعادلها. * خبرة مرغوبة في قطاع البسكويت، الشوكولا، الحلويات، المخبوزات الصناعية، أو منتجات الحبوب. * معرفة جيدة بالمواد الخام المستخدمة في إعداد البسكويت: الدقيق، الدهون، السكر، الكاكاو، النشويات، مسحوق الحليب، عوامل الخميرة، النكهات، ومستحلبات. * إتقان عمليات الخلط والتشكيل والت lamination والخبز والتبريد والحشو والتغليف. * القدرة على إجراء تجارب صناعية وتحليل النتائج. * الكفاءة في أدوات الحاسوب وتتبع جداول البيانات. * مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية وحل مشاكل جيدة. * الالتزام والدقة والإبداع والاستقلالية ووجود قوي في الميدان. * القدرة على العمل بتعاون مع عدة أقسام. </div>
