Objectif du stage</strong></span></p><br><p><span>L'objectif de ce stage est de soutenir l'équipe de communication du PNUD Maroc dans la création de contenus multimédias variés (vidéos, infographies, images, animations, etc.) afin de promouvoir les initiatives et projets du PNUD Maroc auprès des différentes parties prenantes, y compris le grand public, les partenaires et les donateurs.</span></p><br> <strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong><br><p><span>Sous la supervision directe de l’Analyste en Communication du PNUD Maroc, le/la stagiaire en création de contenu multimédia sera chargé(e) des tâches suivantes :</span></p><br><ul> <li><span><strong>Conception graphique</strong> : Créer des visuels attrayants pour les réseaux sociaux, les présentations, et les rapports (infographies, bannières, affiches, etc.).</span></li> <li><span><strong>Production vidéo</strong> : Filmer, monter et éditer des vidéos courtes pour des plateformes numériques, en mettant l'accent sur les projets du PNUD et les témoignages des bénéficiaires.</span></li> <li><span><strong>Animation et motion design</strong> : Développer des animations simples pour illustrer les données et les concepts clés des projets du PNUD.</span></li> <li><span><strong>Photographie</strong> : Prendre et retoucher des photos lors d'événements ou sur le terrain pour illustrer les actions du PNUD.</span></li> <li><span><strong>Support à la gestion des réseaux sociaux</strong> : Collaborer à la gestion et à la planification des publications sur les réseaux sociaux en proposant des idées créatives pour augmenter l'engagement du public.</span></li> <li><span><strong>Veille créative</strong> : Se tenir informé(e) des nouvelles tendances en matière de création de contenu multimédia et proposer des idées innovantes pour améliorer la qualité et l'impact du contenu du PNUD.</span></li></ul> &nbsp;<span><strong>Eligibilité</strong></span><br><p><span>Les candidat.e.s au programme de stages du PNUD doivent, au moment de la candidature, remplir <u>l’une</u> des conditions suivantes :</span></p><br><p><span>a. Être inscrit.e à un programme de diplôme de troisième cycle (tel qu’un master ou plus);</span><br><span>b. Être inscrit.e en dernière année académique d’un premier cycle universitaire (licence ou équivalent);</span><br><span>c. Avoir récemment obtenu un diplôme universitaire (tel que défini aux points (a) et (b) ci-dessus) et, en cas de sélection, commencer le stage dans un délai d’un an après l’obtention du diplôme;</span></p><br><p><span>d. Être inscrit.e à un programme professionnel de formation postuniversitaire et effectuer le stage dans le cadre de ce programme.</span></p><br><p><span><strong>Qualifications et Compétences Requises</strong></span></p><br><ul> <li><span><strong>Formation</strong> : Étudiant(e) en fin de cycle ou récemment diplômé(e) dans un domaine pertinent tel que le design graphique, la production audiovisuelle, le marketing digital, ou tout autre domaine connexe.</span></li> <li><span><strong>Compétences techniques</strong> : Maîtrise des logiciels de création graphique et de montage vidéo (Adobe Creative Suite : Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).</span></li> <li><span><strong>Créativité</strong> : Forte capacité à produire des contenus visuellement attrayants et adaptés aux différents canaux de communication (réseaux sociaux, site web, présentations).</span></li> <li><span><strong>Compétences en communication</strong> : Excellente capacité à comprendre et traduire des concepts complexes en contenus visuels accessibles.</span></li> <li><span><strong>Autonomie</strong> : Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante tout en étant intégré(e) dans une équipe, avec une grande rigueur et un sens du détail.</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>Langues</strong> :&nbsp;</span></p><br><ul> <li><span>Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit est requises</span></li> <li><span>Connaissance de l’arabe est un atout.</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>Durée du stage</strong></span></p><br><p><span>Le stage aura une durée de six (6) mois.</span></p><br><p><span><strong>Lieu de travail</strong></span></p><br><p><span>Le/la stagiaire sera basé(e) au bureau du PNUD Maroc à Rabat, avec la possibilité de travailler à distance selon les exigences du stage.</span></p><br><p><span><strong>Supervision</strong></span></p><br><p><span>Le/la stagiaire travaillera sous la supervision directe de l’Analyste en Communication du PNUD Maroc. Des suivis réguliers avec le/la stagiaire seront effectuées pour assurer la qualité des livrables et le développement professionnel du/de la stagiaire.</span></p><br><p><span><strong>Évaluation et certification</strong></span></p><br><p><span>À la fin du stage, le/la superviseur(e) doit préparer une évaluation écrite des performances du/de la stagiaire et organiser un entretien avec celui-ci/celle-ci afin de lui fournir un retour d'information sur son expérience et ses réalisations.</span></p><br><p><span>À l’issue du stage, le/la stagiaire reçoit un certificat de stage délivré par le PNUD.</span></p><br><p><span><strong>Modalités de candidature</strong></span></p><br><p><span>Les candidat(e)s intéressé(e)s doivent soumettre les documents suivants :</span></p><br><ul> <li><span>Un CV actualisé.</span></li> <li><span>Une lettre de motivation.</span></li> <li><span>Un portfolio de travaux précédents en création de contenu multimédia (liens ou fichiers).</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>Dispositions administratives&nbsp;:</strong></span></p><br><ul> <li><span>Les stagiaires sont responsables de l’obtention des visas nécessaires ainsi que de l’organisation de leur voyage à destination et en provenance du lieu d’affectation où se déroulera le stage.</span></li> <li><span>Les opportunités de stage sont exclusivement ouvertes aux personnes disposant du droit légal de résider et de travailler au Maroc.</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>Conditions générales du stage</strong></span></p><br><ul> <li><span>Lorsqu’un(e) stagiaire effectue un stage en présentiel et ne bénéficie d’aucun soutien financier de la part d’une institution ou d’un programme, tel qu’une université, un gouvernement, une fondation ou un programme de bourses, une allocation destinée à contribuer à la couverture des dépenses quotidiennes de base liées au stage, telles que les repas et le transport au lieu d’affectation, sera versée par le bureau d’accueil.</span></li> <li><span>Lorsqu’un(e) stagiaire bénéficie d’un soutien financier d’une institution, d’un gouvernement ou d’un tiers, le PNUD versera, sous réserve des règles applicables de cette institution, de ce gouvernement ou de ce tiers, la différence éventuelle entre le soutien financier externe reçu et l’allocation applicable du PNUD.</span></li> <li><span>Toutes les autres dépenses liées au stage seront à la charge du/de la stagiaire, du gouvernement ou de l’institution qui le/la parraine.</span></li> <li><span>Le stage est encadré exclusivement par un accord de stage émis par le PNUD et signé par le/la stagiaire et le PNUD Maroc, conformément aux règles et procédures internes du PNUD.
