The Senior Research Associate will support the implementation of an impact evaluation conducted by a team of international researchers in partnership with the UM6P- OCP ecosystem. This position will be based in our offices at the University Mohammed VI Polytechnic campus in Rabat.</p><p>The MEL works in close collaboration with the public, private, NGO, and philanthropic sectors in Morocco to conduct evaluations that speak to their priorities and share rigorous evidence to inform their decisions.</p><p>The position offers a unique opportunity for the Senior Research Associate to support the research infrastructure of the Morocco Innovation and Evaluation Lab and assist the research project in the design and implementation of impact evaluations as well as data collection, management, and analysis, in an organization undertaking cutting-edge development research. The Senior Research Associate will be directly supervised by the MEL s Director and the Research Manager. The Senior RA will work closely with senior staff from J-PAL and CID, academic researchers and other field staff to perform a variety of research tasks. This research project is a qualitative pilot study designed to inform the development of a full randomized controlled trial (RCT) aimed at strengthening equity in 1337's admissions process. Do<br><strong>Learning & Capability Building</strong><br><ul><li><strong>Administer the SABA / LMS platform:</strong> keep learning content up to date, manage enrolments, and maintain accurate learner access.</li><li><strong>Track the follow-up of individual training and development action plans defined after career/performance discussions,</strong> ensuring records and next steps are accurately maintained.</li><li><strong>Own the reporting and tracking of mandatory and local trainings,</strong> in close coordination with the Core HR Manager.</li><li><strong>Administer and analyze training feedback,</strong> and help translate insights into concrete improvements to the learning offer.</li><li><strong>Coordinate training communications:</strong> announcements, reminders, and supporting materials for local sessions.</li><li><strong>Contribute to the operational delivery of regional trainings organized locally,</strong> ensuring smooth day-to-day execution.</li><li><strong>Provide logistical support for local trainings:</strong> scheduling, room bookings, trainer coordination, and preparation of materials.</li><li><strong>Coordinate with the Africa L&D team and international colleagues</strong> to align local delivery with regional and global initiatives.</li><li><strong>Support the roll-out of global Learning & Capability Building action plans,</strong> adapting them to fit our local priorities.</li><li><strong>Help build and animate our pool of trainers:</strong> create connections with potential trainers, encourage their engagement, and contribute to initiatives that recognize their contribution.</li><li><strong>Administer and maintain training tracking and monitoring platforms,</strong> ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.</li><li><strong>Track the local Learning & Capability Building budget,</strong> following up on vendor invoices and costs for local trainings.</li><li><strong>Maintain Learning & Capability Building KPIs and dashboards,</strong> such as completion and participation rates, to inform decisions.</li><li><strong>Manage the process for external training requests:</strong> collect requests, coordinate approvals, and track follow-up.</li></ul><br><strong>Collaboration with Onboarding & Integration</strong><br><ul><li>Work in close, day-to-day coordination with the colleague in charge of onboarding and integration, to ensure a coherent Learning & Capability Building journey for new joiners.</li><li>Share relevant updates and materials to support onboarding sessions when needed.</li></ul><br><strong>Core HR Support</strong><br><ul><li>Beyond Learning & Capability Building, you will be a versatile contributor to the Core HR team, lending your support on initiatives such as employee experience and programs, internal communication, affiliation, or office life as priorities evolve.</li><li>Support the Core HR Manager on day-to-day operational tasks across the
