<span>Dans le cadre du renforcement de sa stratégie de communication digitale, notre client ouvre un poste de Digital Project Manager (Content Creator).<br> Le/la titulaire du poste sera chargé(e) de concevoir, produire et diffuser des contenus créatifs et engageants destinés aux différentes plateformes digitales de l'entreprise.<br> Il/elle veillera à développer la visibilité de la marque, à renforcer l'engagement des communautés et à contribuer à l'atteinte des objectifs de communication et de marketing.<br> Missions principales 1.<br> Stratégie éditoriale • Participer à l'élaboration de la stratégie de contenu.<br> • Proposer des concepts créatifs adaptés aux différentes audiences.<br> • Assurer une veille permanente sur le secteur d'activité, les tendances de communication, les innovations créatives, les contenus inspirants et les meilleures pratiques, afin d'alimenter la stratégie éditoriale et la création de contenus.<br> • Identifier les tendances digitales et les opportunités de prise de parole.<br> 2. Création de contenu • Concevoir des contenus photo, vidéo et graphiques.<br> • Rédiger des publications adaptées aux réseaux sociaux et aux supports digitaux.<br> • Produire des contenus courts (Reels, Stories, Shorts, TikTok, etc.<br>). • Réaliser des interviews, reportages ou captations lors d'événements.<br> 3. Production audiovisuelle • Préparer les tournages.<br> • Réaliser les prises de vue.<br> • Assurer le montage vidéo et les retouches visuelles.<br> • Adapter les formats selon les plateformes (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.<br>). Formation et expérience • Bac+3 en Marketing Digital, Communication, Médias, Audiovisuel, Journalisme ou domaine équivalent.<br> • Une expérience de 2 à 3 ans dans un poste similaire est souhaitée.<br> Compétences linguistiques • Français : courant (oral et écrit).<br> • Arabe : courant (oral et écrit).<br> • Anglais : bon niveau, permettant d'assurer une veille internationale et de produire ou adapter des contenus.<br> Compétences techniques • Excellente maîtrise des réseaux sociaux et de leurs codes.<br> • Maîtrise des logiciels de création graphique et de montage vidéo (Adobe Creative Suite : Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects ou équivalents).<br> • Bonne compréhension des KPI digitaux et des outils d'analyse (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.<br>). • Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles.<br> Savoir-être • Créativité et sens de l'esthétique.<br> • Curiosité et forte appétence pour les tendances digitales.<br> • Autonomie, rigueur et sens de l'organisation.<br> • Bon relationnel et capacité à travailler en transverse avec différentes équipes.<br> • Réactivité et capacité à travailler dans des délais courts, notamment lors d'événements.<br></span> </div>
