The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:</p><ul><li>Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to robust New Product Introduction (NPI) and Work Package Transfer (WPT) plans across Hexcel EAP Core and Engineered Core facilities.</li><li>Identify, assess, and regularly track project risks and issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely mitigation actions.</li><li>Provide accurate and structured reporting to internal stakeholders and external partners on project progress, performance, and key milestones.</li><li>Monitor and enforce change control processes within NPI and WPT to ensure compliance with established procedures.</li><li>Lead tooling management activities within the facility from a Sales & Marketing (S&M) perspective.</li><li>Coordinate and lead customer visits related to NPI and WPT projects, ensuring alignment and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Drive rate readiness activities to ensure operational preparedness for production ramp-up under NPI/WPT programs.</li><li>Support forecast and order book management, including tracking business cases and ensuring alignment with operational and commercial objectives.</li><li>Contribute to key Sales & Marketing business processes such as SIOP, STRAP, and Plan & Latest Estimate (LE) reviews.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR), lead project meetings, define KPIs, and ensure delivery of NPI and WPT projects on time, within budget, and aligned with business targets</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>Bachelor s or master s degree in engineering, business, or a related field and +5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in an industrial or aerospace environment.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects in a matrix organization.</li><li>Experience working with external stakeholders, including customers or suppliers.</li><li>Solid technical understanding of manufacturing processes (considered a strong advantage).</li><li>Fluency in both English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Excellent project management capabilities, including planning, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.</li><li>Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment, demonstrating proactivity and self-motivation.</li><li>High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, combined with strong presentation skills and willingness to travel in an international context.</li><li>Candidates must be eligible to work in the country where the position is based.</li></ul><p></p></section>
