Reporting to the CSR department, you will contribute to the implementation and management of the Group's CSR approach across its various subsidiaries and support the structuring of ESG performance. Main tasks: Manage and monitor CSR/ESG projects and action plans; Support the different entities of the Group in the implementation of the CSR approach; Miss:Define, consolidate, and monitor ESG performance indicators; Contribute to non-financial reporting and performance analysis; Participate in activities related to CSR/ESG frameworks and standards; Ensure regulatory and standards monitoring; Identify risks, gaps, and areas for improvement and propose associated action plans; Contribute to awareness actions and the dissemination of CSR culture within the Group.
