<p>Assurer aux clients
une qualité de service constant dans le respect des termes du contrat, sécuriser le
chiffre d'affaires en faisant signer à temps les bons de livraisons et garantir le recouvrement des créances.</p><br><br>
<p><b>MISSIONS :</b></p><br><br>
<p>· Premier interlocuteur du
client final avec pour mission de maintenir et d'assurer la pérennité des
contrats en maintenant la qualité de la prestation conformément aux exigences
des clients</p><br><br>
<p>· Vérifier la qualité de
service, de la prestation et de la bonne application des procédures internes
notamment celles relatives à la sécurité des aliments, sécurité au travail et
environnement</p><br><br>
<p>· Consolider l'élaboration
des budgets au niveau du secteur, gérer et optimiser les résultats, en contrôlant
également la trésorerie et la gestion comptable en collaboration avec chaque
responsable site</p><br><br>

Garantir la mise en
œuvre et le contrôle des politiques de l'entreprise marqué dans l'ensemble des
domaines : QHSE, commercial, prestation, achats, ressources humaines,
finances...</p><br><br>
<p>· Être l’interlocuteur entre
les responsables sites et les services support au siège</p><br><br>
<p>· Mise en place et suivi des
plans d'actions</p><br><br>
<p>· Analyser l'évolution des résultats
des sites en rapport avec les budgets</p><br><br>
<p>· Faire signer les bons de
livraison clients et contrôler la facturation à temps et le dépôt des factures
auprès des clients</p><br><br>
<p>· Assurer le recouvrement à
temps des créances clients</p><br><br> Profile <p>De formation initiale
avec un diplôme supérieur en hôtellerie/restauration, ou gestion, vous
justifiez impérativement d'une première expérience réussie en gestion
