<p>JOB PURPOSE / SUMMARY: Within the Inter-Regional Flow team, the intercontinental flow launch coordinator ensures the readiness and launch of supply flows for: New parts delivered to MEA plants from other regions (EE, CN, IAP) and from within MEA. Lead the industrialisation of intercontinental supply flows, aligned with project milestones, to secure successful production launches. Act as the main project contact for all intercontinental logistics flow topics. Maintain the business reference framework and support pre-project studies to define operational requirements. Conduct optimisation studies and identify productivity improvement opportunities.</p><p>ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders involved in flow launches, including BOM Managers, Purchasing, Packaging, Transport, Manufacturing and Engineering. Secure the required inputs to deliver expected project outputs. Maintain accurate project data by tracking changes to references, sourcing and related updates. Coordinate service centre teams and prioritise their workload. Notify project teams of schedule risks and record any required escalations. Review logistics cost breakdowns and identify optimisation opportunities. Propose innovative solutions to improve supply chain performance or address crisis situations.
