Single entry point for BSS operations referents from the 6 regions for resolving Level 1 tickets in case of discontinuity on the FTTA network, management of 6 MMOs for FO audit and repair, ticket monitoring and escalation to Level 2 - DOR for complex outages, management of network anomaly identification requests from the FTTO team - network identification.<br>You will challenge the MMOs to ensure the expected reactivity and will be responsible for deadlines, investigation, cost control, and associated governance (Project Committees, Reporting, alert escalations, etc.).
