Job : <p>Reporting to Management, you will be responsible for supervising and monitoring the activity of the service stations assigned to you.</p><br><br><p>Your main tasks are:</p><br><br><ul><li>Supervise and support the teams and managers of the service stations.</li><li>Ensure the smooth running of daily operations and compliance with internal procedures.</li><li>Monitor the commercial and operational performance of the stations and implement necessary actions to improve them.</li><li>Control inventory, sales, and supply management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards at the stations.</li><li>Follow up on incidents, complaints, and malfunctions and coordinate corrective actions.</li><li>Prepare activity reports and ensure information is relayed to Management.</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with service standards.</li></ul> <br> <br> Required profile : <ul><li>Bachelor's degree (3/4 years) in Management, Commerce, or equivalent.</li><li>3 to 5 years minimum experience in managing or supervising points of sale, ideally in the service station, distribution, or retail sector.</li><li>Proven experience in team management.</li><li>Commercial sense, leadership, and ability to drive performance.</li><li>Rigor, organization, autonomy, and analytical skills.</li><li><strong>Geographical mobility and a valid driving license (Category B) are required.</strong></li></ul> <br><br> </div>
