<li>Manage customer engineering changes and ensure timely implementation.</li>
<li>Review and maintain harness drawings, Bills of Materials (BOM), cutsheets, and manufacturing documentation.</li>
<li>Validate product compliance against customer specifications and engineering requirements.</li>
<li>Update engineering and manufacturing systems (QAD, UCS, PLM, etc.).</li>
<li>Support launches, transfers, and engineering change implementation.</li>

<li>Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Program Management, and Customer Engineering teams.</li>
