<p>You want to join an international environment in nearshore and integrate the Forvis Mazars Collaborative Team, which brings together more than 250 employees from all trades.</p><p><strong>The technical environment</strong></p><p>All offices are connected to the Forvis Mazars France MPLS network. The server environment mainly consists of Microsoft Server solutions and a France Active Directory. The IT department uses several software solutions to ensure the proper management of the user environment:</p><ul><li>Microsoft SCCM manages the deployment of OS and applications on Windows computers.</li><li>Smartphones are managed by our EMM Microsoft Intune.</li><li>Qualiparc.net ITAM allows for the management of the IT equipment park (stock, assignments, loans, etc.).</li><li>Service Now ITSM is used to manage all IT requests and incidents.</li></ul><p>The workstation park consists of 99% laptops and 1% desktops. The entire park is of the Lenovo/Dell brand, almost entirely under manufacturer warranty. The office environment consists of Windows 11, Office 365, and third-party applications.</p><p><strong>The organizational environment</strong></p><p>Forvis Mazars' IT department in France is made up of 4 poles:</p><ul><li>Administrative</li><li>Studies</li><li>Infrastructure</li><li>Support and office automation</li></ul><p>The expected interventions are attached to the Support pole, which currently consists of:</p><ul><li>Remote user support (hotline).</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>You have a Bac+3 degree and at least one year of experience.</p>
<p>The Service Desk Agent advises and assists users over the phone and electronically in solving problems related to hardware, software, networks and peripherals using available technology. Screens, diagnoses, researches and resolves user issues. Documents service requests and dispatches orders to support groups for problem resolution. Advises users on the interpretation of Information Technology (IT) policies, capabilities, limitations, etc. Provides quick response to ensure maximum uptime of all users.</p><p>Role Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Identify issues, investigate root causes and recommend solutions to reported problems</li><li>Provide technical guidance in activities associated with identifying, prioritizing and resolving problems by telephone and e-mail</li><li>Screen, refer and diagnose internal inquiries and work requests relating to PC maintenance</li><li>May prepare help desk incident reports and assist in hardware and software evaluation</li><li>Participate in a supportive role by acting as a liaison between customers and departments within the organization, to ensure that all on-line system problems are resolved in an accurate and timely manner.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>University education, preferably technical degree or Microsoft certifications;</li><li>Up to two years experience that shows good knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems local and remote administration and Microsoft Office family applications;</li><li>Experience of providing remote IT support;</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills;</li><li>Fluency in Italian and French Languages;</li><li>Flexibility to work shifts if required.</li></ul>
