You will coordinate internal teams, service providers, publisher partners, and clients to ensure the success of projects and the quality of service.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><h2>Qualifications</h2>
<p><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Organize and lead periodic steering committees: steering committees, project committees, meetings with publisher and integrator teams.</li>
<li>Establish, track, and update schedules for major and minor evolutions.</li>
<li>Provide detailed periodic reporting on assigned projects to stakeholders.</li>
<li>Act as the coordination point between functional, technical, client, and publisher teams, managing major incidents and their resolution.</li>
<li>Pilot application maintenance (TMA) activities in coordination with teams to meet SLAs and quality standards.</li>
<li>Identify, analyze, and document new functional and technical requirements.</li>
<li>Draft specifications, validate tests, and supervise documentation (configuration files, test plans, etc.).</li>
<li>Validate all deliverables in alignment with client requirements and quality standards.</li>
<li>Prepare, plan, and execute tests with rigorous monitoring.</li>
<li>Measure team performance and deliverable quality, and establish corrective action plans if necessary.</li>
<li>Ensure financial monitoring of activities to guarantee adherence to revenue and margin objectives.</li>
<li>Participate in TMA management organizational committees (profitability, allocation, forecast, monitoring).</li>
<li>Deploy best practices and industrialization initiatives to ensure operational excellence.</li>
