Porté par près de 15 000 collaborateurs répartis sur 31 sites dans 9 pays.<br>Nous concevons, développons, produisons et commercialisons, seul ou en coopération, des moteurs pour avions civils ou militaires, ainsi que pour les satellites.<br>SAE dispose d'un réseau d'ateliers de maintenance des moteurs civils à travers le monde et propose à ses clients une gamme complète d'interventions : restauration de performances, remplacement de pièces à durée de vie limitée, inspection et maintenance de l'ensemble du moteur et de ses équipements.<br>Pour faire face à la montée en cadence des maintenances moteur LEAP dans les années à venir, Safran Aircraft Engines Services Casablanca (SAESC) a lancé la construction d'un nouveau shop au Maroc.<br>Notre nouvel atelier situé dans la région de Casablanca-Settat assurera la maintenance de nouveaux types de moteurs d'avions civils (LEAP) qui équipent notamment l'Airbus A320neo et le Boeing 737Max.<br>En tant que Chef de projet - Progrès, votre objectif consistera à assurer le déploiement et l'animation de la démarche Progrès sur le site, en garantissant la performance, la fluidité des flux et l'amélioration continue des processus opérationnels, en se basant sur les standards et Bonnes pratiques du groupe.<br>Parlons de vous<br>- Déployer et animer les standards d'excellence opérationnelle (QRQC, 5S, IP) sur le Site, et évaluation de leur maturité<br>- Identifier, coacher et accompagner les projets d'amélioration continue avec les équipes opérationnelles<br>- Contribuer à la construction et au suivi de la stratégie Progrès du site (Hoshin Kanri)<br>- Former les collaborateurs aux méthodologies et outils de résolution de problèmes (Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma)<br>- Préparer et animer les revues de performance périodiques<br>- Piloter les projets opérationnels liés aux démarrages, montées en cadence et extensions du site<br>- Gérer les activités de layout, Management Visuel et d'organisation des zones de production<br>- Partage des bonnes pratiques entre sites SAFRAN et Reporting des activités CI : suivi des KPIs, mesure des gains, coordination des plans d'action et reporting multi-sites</p><br><br><p>- Diplôme Ingénieur avec une expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans des fonctions telles que : , Amélioration continue, Méthodes.<br>- Formation / Certification Lean six Sigma Green Belt <br>- Langues Anglais (Courant)<br>- Expérience réussie de management d'équipe ou transverse<br>- Autonomie, capacité d'analyse, prise de recul et esprit de synthèse<br>- Capacité à conduire le changement et à embarquer les équipes<br>- Capacité de communication (écoute et feedback), de négociation et de Leadership</p><br><br><br> </div>
