Maintain accurate ticket records in Jira , including detection source, priority and timestamps, supporting accurate service-level reporting. Change Execution Execute production configuration changes under formal change control, including four-eyes validation and a documented rollback plan before deployment. Provide named technical coverage during declared client go-live windows, including pre-go-live validation and active monitoring following cutover. Ensure production changes are properly documented and traceable. Proactive Engineering Deliver scheduled proactive activities including configuration and security-posture audits, false-positive analysis, cache and rate-limit calibration, DNS and certificate hygiene, and unused-rule cleanup. Analyse traffic and security telemetry using Cloudflare Analytics, GraphQL API and log data to identify potential problems before they affect clients. Recommend and implement security and performance improvements and demonstrate their impact. Contribute to root-cause analysis following major incidents. Identify recurring causes and raise them through the problem-management process so they can be eliminated rather than repeatedly resolved. Collaboration & Knowledge Work closely with client NOC and security teams, including participation in operational channels and major incident bridges where BRIXIO is integrated with the client's teams. Write and maintain runbooks, Standard Operating Procedures and configuration documentation in Confluence . Support BRIXIO's professional services and implementation teams during escalations and handovers into managed service. Actively share technical knowledge across the team to reduce dependency on individual engineers. What We're Looking For Technical Experience 3+ years of experience in network, security or cloud operations. Experience within managed services, NOC or SOC environments is a strong advantage. Solid working knowledge of DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, proxies, caching and CDN mechanics . Practical Cloudflare experience across WAF, DDoS mitigation, rate limiting, bot management, CDN and DNS . Where Cloudflare experience is partial, BRIXIO will fund Cloudflare certification, which you will be expected to complete within the first six months. Confidence using diagnostic tools including curl, dig, traceroute, browser developer tools and HAR analysis . Experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code. Experience with Git/version control . Scripting capability using Python or Bash . Understanding of web application architecture and application-security fundamentals. Familiarity with Jira Service Management and ITIL-aligned incident, change and problem-management processes. Exposure to observability and monitoring platforms. Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP is an advantage. Languages Full professional fluency in both French and English is a hard requirement. You will handle incidents both in writing and verbally with French- and English-speaking enterprise clients, including during high-pressure situations. You will also prepare client-facing incident and change records in both languages. Both French and English will be assessed during the interview process. Arabic is a significant advantage when supporting BRIXIO's Gulf accounts. How You Work We are looking for someone who is: Calm and methodical when working under incident pressure. Disciplined about escalation rather than improvising when the situation requires additional expertise. Serious about documentation and maintaining accurate technical records. Able to explain technical situations clearly to non-technical stakeholders in either French or English. Comfortable acknowledging what they do not know and finding the right answer. Reliable within a rotating shift environment and disciplined about providing clean handovers to colleagues. Comfortable working remotely within a distributed international team spanning Morocco, the Philippines, France and the Gulf. What Success Looks Like Success in this role means: Increasing numbers of issues are detected and resolved proactively before clients report them. Service-level commitments are consistently met, with any breaches accurately documented and understood. Recurring incidents are progressively eliminated, reducing reactive workload over time. Production changes are executed safely, with rollback plans prepared even when they are not needed. Shift handovers are clean, tickets are accurate and runbooks remain current. Clients develop confidence in the engineers operating their environments. Proactive engineering contributes measurably to improved security, performance and service stability. Why BRIXIO? Join one of a select number of Cloudflare Authorised Service Delivery Partners , working directly with Cloudflare engineering and support teams. Be part of Equans and the Bouygues group , with the stability, scale and career mobility of a major international organisation. Develop genuine Cloudflare depth through access to Cloudflare University, partner-only training and funded certification . Join a managed service designed around defined processes, published rotas, protected proactive engineering time and no expectation of being reachable outside your shift .
The Role
As a Professional Services Engineer , you will design, build and implement Cloudflare environments for BRIXIO's French-speaking enterprise and public-sector clients and help take them successfully into production. This is a hands-on implementation role covering onboarding, migration from existing CDN and WAF platforms, WAF and DDoS deployment, Zero Trust rollout, DNS cutovers, SASE and production hardening. You will work within properly planned and governed client projects. The Delivery Manager owns the project plan and delivery governance, while the Principal Architect provides technical authority and owns the overall design. Your responsibility is the build, validation and client-facing technical implementation . The client portfolio includes French banks, industrial groups, public bodies and media organisations. You will regularly work directly with their technical teams in French, explaining what you are implementing, why particular decisions have been made and how production changes will be managed. This is not a back-office engineering role . We are hiring at two levels: Senior Engineer: capable of owning a Cloudflare migration end to end and independently leading technical conversations with clients. Mid-Level Engineer: strong network/security fundamentals and implementation experience, with the opportunity to deepen Cloudflare expertise through structured training and certification.

What You Will Do
Cloudflare Implementation & Migration

Configure and deploy Cloudflare environments across DNS, CDN and caching, WAF, DDoS mitigation, rate limiting, Bot Management, Zero Trust and Access, tunnels and SASE components . Deliver migrations from incumbent platforms, particularly Akamai and other CDN/WAF providers . Handle rule translation, traffic cutover planning, staged deployment and rollback design. Plan and execute production DNS cutovers , ensuring a validated rollback is available at every stage. Build and deliver pilots and proofs of concept, from individual applications through to full production rollouts. Test, validate and tune deployed environments, including cache-hit ratio, latency, WAF false positives and other client-relevant performance characteristics.

Client-Facing Technical Delivery

Lead technical working sessions with client teams in French, including workshops, configuration reviews, cutover rehearsals and go-live calls. Explain technical decisions, risks and implementation considerations clearly to both engineers and management stakeholders. Produce client-facing technical documentation in French and English , including configuration records, runbooks, cutover plans and project-closure documentation. Identify and raise technical or delivery risks as soon as they become visible rather than allowing them to surface late in the project.

Working Within the Delivery Model

Work according to the project plan established by the Delivery Manager. Provide clear and accurate progress updates and flag potential delays or blockers early. Escalate architecture and design questions to the Principal Architect rather than making unapproved architectural changes during delivery. Maintain accurate project timesheets and record effort against the appropriate projects. Identify and communicate potential out-of-scope client requests to the Delivery Manager. Deliver a structured handover into managed services at project closure, including complete documentation, runbooks and known risks, allowing the support team to operate the environment effectively from day one.

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

Work with implementation engineers in Dubai and Poland, managed services teams in Morocco and the Philippines, and pre-sales and architecture teams in France. Use Zoho Projects and BrixioOne as the source of truth for project tasks, documentation and reporting. Contribute to BRIXIO's internal knowledge base and reusable implementation patterns and playbooks. Support managed services teams with escalations requiring deeper implementation expertise. Share technical knowledge across the wider delivery organisation.

What We're Looking For
Technical Foundation

You should have a strong practical understanding of: DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS and certificates Proxies and reverse proxies Caching and CDN mechanics Web application architecture Origin infrastructure Cloud fundamentals across AWS, Azure or GCP You should be able to clearly explain what happens between a browser and an origin infrastructure and confidently troubleshoot problems across that path.
The Role As BRIXIO continues to grow, we are looking for a Customer Success & Renewals Manager to take ownership of the commercial health and long-term development of our managed service and support portfolio. This is not a technical support or project management position. Your focus begins where implementation projects transition into long-term client relationships. You will own renewals, retention, account health and the conversion of completed projects into ongoing support and managed services . You will develop a clear understanding of every account in your portfolio: the value being delivered, the health of the relationship, upcoming renewals, potential risks and opportunities for further development. This is a newly created role with genuine ownership. You will have the opportunity to build the processes, governance and structure behind BRIXIO's customer success and renewal function. What You Will Own Renewals & Retention Own the consolidated renewal calendar across Cloudflare subscriptions and BRIXIO service contracts. Lead renewal planning and client conversations early enough to enable proactive decision-making. Use subscription renewals as an opportunity to review usage, entitlement, service requirements and potential managed-service needs. Maintain accurate renewal forecasts across the portfolio. Build and maintain an account-health view using service performance, ticket trends, incidents, consumption and stakeholder engagement. Identify accounts at risk and coordinate recovery plans with the relevant operational teams. Review lost renewals and ensure relevant insights are captured and acted upon. Project-to-Service Conversion Own the conversion of completed Cloudflare implementation projects into ongoing support and managed-service relationships. Work with Delivery Managers at project closure and hypercare exit to identify and progress conversion opportunities. Maintain a structured pipeline of conversion opportunities, with clear status and next actions. Develop commercial proposals in collaboration with the Sales Director and operations teams. Actively manage prepaid and on-demand professional services contracts to support utilisation, client value and future renewal. Client Governance & Account Health Prepare and lead Quarterly Business Reviews for major accounts, covering value delivered, service performance, roadmap, risks and next steps. Establish an appropriate governance rhythm for mid-sized and smaller accounts. Maintain a portfolio dashboard providing clear visibility of account health, renewal status, risks and conversion performance. Maintain appropriate account segmentation and adjust it as client relationships grow or evolve. Account Growth Identify expansion opportunities based on genuine client needs and signals such as traffic growth, new applications, evolving security requirements, additional business units or service consumption. Qualify opportunities and work with the sales team to progress them, while directly managing smaller opportunities where appropriate. Keep clients informed of relevant Cloudflare capabilities in a consultative and credible way. Commercial Operations & Collaboration Work across BRIXIO's international organisation, collaborating with operations and support, sales, architecture, pre-sales and finance teams. Maintain accurate account, renewal and pipeline information within Zoho CRM and BrixioOne . Establish scalable processes and ways of working for a newly created function. Bring structure and visibility to the portfolio as BRIXIO continues to grow. Your First 90 Days Your initial priorities will be clearly defined: Portfolio baseline: establish the position of every managed service and support contract, including value, renewal date, account health, stakeholders and risk. Renewal calendar: create a consolidated 12-month view of Cloudflare subscription and BRIXIO service renewals. Conversion pipeline: review recently completed and closing implementation projects and build a qualified project-to-service conversion pipeline. Service consumption: take ownership of prepaid and on-demand service contracts and improve utilisation. Governance: establish the Quarterly Business Review cycle and reporting structure for major accounts. What We're Looking For 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Service Delivery Management or a comparable client-facing commercial role within technology services. Demonstrable experience owning renewals and retention , ideally with measurable commercial outcomes. Experience within an MSP, managed security provider, systems integrator, consultancy or SaaS environment involving recurring revenue. Confidence working with contracts, pricing, service entitlements and SLAs. Experience with vendor subscriptions or licence renewals within a reseller or indirect model would be a strong advantage. Experience creating or developing a customer-success, renewal or account-management function would also be highly valued. Technical Understanding You do not need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable having credible conversations with security and infrastructure stakeholders. Ideally, you will have: A working understanding of DNS, CDN, WAF, DDoS mitigation and Zero Trust , or the ability to develop this knowledge quickly. The ability to interpret service reports and analytics and translate them into meaningful client conversations. Confidence working alongside technical delivery, operations and architecture teams. Cloudflare product training, access to Cloudflare University and funded certification will be provided. Languages Full professional fluency in French and English is essential , both written and spoken. You will work with French-speaking European accounts as well as enterprise and public-sector clients across the Gulf, including leading governance conversations and preparing client-facing material in both languages. Arabic is a significant advantage for the Gulf portfolio. What Will Help You Succeed You are likely to thrive in this role if you are: Highly organised and systematic, with the ability to maintain visibility across a significant portfolio of accounts. Commercially confident and comfortable discussing renewals, pricing and scope with clients. Credible with both client-side technical stakeholders and internal operations teams.
