This role supports and supervises the service team, coordinates daily activities, monitors service quality, and ensures compliance with Four Seasons standards and operating procedures.</p><br><br><p>Responsibilities include leading and motivating team members, assisting with training and development, managing guest requests and concerns, coordinating with culinary and other hotel departments, monitoring cleanliness and presentation standards, and supporting inventory and cost-control initiatives.
