Become a part of the “strength within.”</span></p><br><p><span>Hexcel is currently seeking a <b>Manufacturing Engineer </b>for our <b>Casablanca, Morocco</b> location.</span></p><br><p><b><span>The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:</span></b></p><br><ul><li><span>Provide day-to-day engineering support to production operations to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality, and on-time manufacturing performance.</span></li><li><span>Act as an EHS role model by promoting a proactive safety culture, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental requirements.</span></li><li><span>Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, work instructions, tooling, and production methods to improve productivity and product quality.</span></li><li><span>Lead troubleshooting activities by performing root cause analysis, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and driving sustainable problem resolution.</span></li><li><span>Manage the introduction of new products, programs, and work packages, coordinating with global engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders.</span></li><li><span>Review engineering drawings, specifications, and design changes to ensure manufacturability, compliance, and successful implementation in production.</span></li><li><span>Maintain accurate ERP data, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, process plans, and manufacturing documentation.</span></li><li><span>Support cost reduction initiatives through process optimization, standard cost evaluations, waste elimination, and the application of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.</span></li><li><span>Lead and participate in cross-functional projects focused on continuous improvement, operational excellence, quality enhancement, and customer satisfaction.</span></li><li><span>Provide technical support during customer visits, audits, and qualification activities while ensuring compliance with quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and company policies.</span></li></ul><p><b><span>Qualifications:</span></b></p><br><ul><li>Engineering degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline.</li><li>3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, automotive, or engineering environment.</li><li>Experience in process development, production support, continuous improvement, and project management.</li><li>Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification is considered an asset.</li><li>Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing planning tools.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and engineering software tools.</li><li>Fluent in English and French.</li></ul><p><span>Candidates must be eligible to work in the country where the position is based.
