As an Environmental Testing Engineer , you will be responsible for planning, executing, and documenting environmental and validation tests to ensure that products meet customer requirements and applicable international standards. <section>وصف الوظيفةالأدوار والمسؤوليات<div class="paragraph">نحن نبحث عن مدير جودة وHSE بدوام كامل للانضمام إلى إطلاق مشروعنا الجديد وتشكيل مصنع بمعايير عالمية مع وضع معايير جديدة للجودة والسلامة والاستدامة. ستقوم بتحديد ودفع استراتيجية الجودة وHSE للموقع من الصفر من خلال بناء أنظمة قوية، وتحقيق شهادات رئيسية (IATF 16949، ISO 14001) وتثبيت ثقافة خالية من العيوب والوقائع. هذه فرصة فريدة لقيادة فريق شغوف، والتأثير في كل مرحلة من مراحل البناء التشغيلي ومساعدة في إقامة منشأة معيارية للتميز والتحسين المستمر وإرضاء العملاء.المسؤوليات الأساسية (شاملة ولا تقتصر على):<ul><li>تعريف وتنفيذ رؤية الجودة وHSE للمصنع واستراتيجيته وميزانيته (CAPEX وOPEX)، مع ضمان التوافق مع سياسات الشركة وأهداف العمل وتوقعات العملاء.</li><li>قيادة وظيفة الجودة وHSE من خلال توفير التوجيه وتحديد الأهداف وخدمة كواجهة رئيسية مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة لتحقيق صفر شكاوى وصفر مشاكل ضمان والحصول على الشهادات والحفاظ عليها.</li><li>ضمان التطبيق والصيانة والامتثال المستمر لأنظمة إدارة الجودة وHSE (IATF 16949، متطلبات العملاء، ISO 14001، اللوائح القانونية لـHSE).</li><li>إجراء تقييمات المخاطر وضمان جاهزية النظام للقيام بالتدقيق.</li><li>قيادة جميع أنشطة الجودة في الاقتناء وتطوير وتأهيل الموردين والمكونات الجدد.</li><li>قيادة أداء جودة المنتج والعملية من خلال تحقيق مؤشرات المصنع، قيادة تحليل الأسباب الجذرية (5Why، Ishikawa) ونشر حلول Lean لضمان تحسينات دائمة.</li><li>الترويج لاستدامة ثقافة التحسين المستمر وتحديد وتنفيذ خرائط الطريق للتحسين عبر عمليات المصنع.</li><li>تطوير وتوجيه وتقييم فرق الجودة وHSE لضمان الكفاءة التقنية والدافع واستعداد الخلافة.</li><li>الترويج للتعاون عبر الوظائف ووعي الجودة/HSE في جميع مستويات المصنع من خلال التواصل والتوجيه والمشاركة في المراجعات التشغيلية.</li><li>قيادة برامج التدقيق الداخلية والخارجية للتحقق من أداء النظام وتحديد الفجوات وضمان الإغلاق في الوقت المناسب.</li><li>مراقبة أداء الجودة وHSE للمصنع باستخدام البيانات ولوحات KPI للإبلاغ عن الاتجاهات وتحديد الإجراءات وتصعيد القضايا إلى الإدارة.</li></ul>مسؤوليات أخرى:<ul><li>دعم تدريب فرق المصنع على معايير الجودة وHSE والأدوات ومتطلبات النظام.</li><li>تقديم دعم الجودة وHSE لإدارة التغيير والتجارب الهندسية ونقل العمليات.</li><li>إدارة مقاولين وخدمات الجودة وHSE الخارجيين لضمان الامتثال لمعايير SMO وتوقعات الأداء.</li><li>إعداد تقارير مفصلة عن العمليات والأداء للإدارة ودعم اتخاذ القرار بالتحليل الواقعي.</li><li>تنسيق التواصل بشأن مسائل الجودة وHSE خلال الزيارات والتدقيق أو مراجعات العملاء.</li></ul></div></section><section>الملف المرشح المطلوب<h2>المؤهلات</h2>الخبرة والتعليم المطلوبان:<ul><li>خبرة مثبتة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في صناعة السيارات كمدير جودة وHSE.</li><li>أي خبرة في العمل مع Stellantis، مع إظهار فهم لمتطلباتهم ومعاييرهم.</li><li>درجة BAC+5 في QHSE / الهندسة الصناعية / الهندسة التقنية.</li></ul>المتطلبات الأساسية لديك:<ul><li>قدرة مثبتة على إدارة عمليات المصانع في صناعة السيارات على مستوى عالٍ، مع سجل قوي في التنسيق والتحسينات.</li><li>معرفة عميقة وكفاءة في أنظمة إدارة الجودة وHSE ضمن صناعة السيارات.</li><li>مهارات قيادية ممتازة في دعم ثقافة الابتكار المتوافقة مع أهدافنا الاستراتيجية.</li><li>ملكTechnical متميز وفهم عميق للأنظمة المعقدة والعمليات.</li><li>إتقان أدوات الجودة الأساسية، وأدوات وطرق التصنيع الرشيق.</li><li>شهادة IATF وتجارب تدقيق Stellantis والالتزام بمعايير صناعة السيارات</li><li>مهارات متقدمة في MS Office وأنظمة ERP</li><li>إدارة الوقت استثنائية، القدرة على تحديد أولويات المهام بشكل ذي معنى، وتخطيط قادر على التعامل مع مشاريع معقدة بفاعلية</li><li>القدرة على التكيف بسرعة مع بيئة تتغير باستمرار</li><li>إتقان ممتاز للإنجليزية والفرنسية كتابة وتحدثاً، مما يتيح التعبير الواضح عن الأفكار والمفاهيم والمعلومات المعقدة</li><li>الالتزام بممارسات أخلاقية والحفاظ على السرية في جميع أنشطة العمليات</li></ul>المميزات المضافة لديكم:<ul><li>الاطلاع على إعداد عمليات للمرافق التصنيع الجديدة (أرض خضراء، أحمر-بني، بدء تشغيل)</li><li>خبرة عملية مع نظام SAP</li></ul></section>
