Org. Setting and Reporting<br>The UN Secretary-General launched on 1 January 2019 a bold and new global reform which repositioned the UN Development System to deliver more effectively and efficiently with the achievement of the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). As part of this reform, UN Resident Coordinator Offices (UN RCO), under the leadership of an empowered and independent UN Resident Coordinator - the highest-ranking official of the UN Development System and Representative of the UN Secretary-General at country level - support countries in the achievement of their development priorities and the attainment of the SDGs. In its Resolution A/RES/72/279, the United Nations General Assembly endorsed the transformation of the Development Operations Coordination Office (DCO) as a stand-alone coordination office within the United Nations Secretariat. DCO exercises managerial and oversight functions of the resident coordinator system under the oversight of the Chair of United Nations Sustainable Development Group (UNSDG). In 2026, DCO undertook a recalibration to ensure the RC system remains optimally configured to support the acceleration of the 2030 Agenda and embodies the UN 2.0 shift- anchored in data, digital, innovation, behavioral science, strategic foresight, and a mission driven organizational culture. The position is located in the United Nations Resident Coordination Office (RCO) in Rabat, Morocco . The Partnerships Officer reports to the Senior Development Coordination Officer, Strategic Planning and Head of RCO. Noting that strategic partnership entails non-monetary partnership and can be used to strengthen joint initiatives/advocacy with external partners towards a common goal, including that of advancing SDGs, the Development Coordination Officer, Partnerships provides advice and support to the Resident Coordinator and the UNCT on strategic partnerships for SDG achievement.<br> Responsibilities<br>Within delegated authority, the Partnerships Officer will be responsible of the following duties: 1. PARTICIPATES IN JOINT PARTNERSHIP AND RESOURCE MOBILIZATION INITIATIVES AND SUPPORTS MANAGEMENT OF POOLED FUND FOR THE UN SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT COOPERATION FRAMEWORK: • Provides substantive support to RC/UNCT to develop and implement locally tailored resource mobilization strategies and initiatives for Cooperation Framework priorities, and identify appropriate data and benchmarks to measure progress and success; • Monitors and analyzes existing resource mobilization partnerships and relationships, including traditional and non-traditional partners and development partners, donors (including high net-worth individuals, private sector, innovative funds) to be explored for direct funding to the UN; • Supports the UNCT with analysis of funding streams from internal and external sources, enabling their timely and coordinated engagement around preparation of proposals; • Supports the UNCT in preparation of the Funding Framework of the UN Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework; • Provides support to the design joint programmes for use in joint resource mobilization and coordination during the implementation of joint programmes as needed; • Advises RC/UNCT and external partners on offers from specialized UN entities for the UN Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework and ensuring the development of a youth partnership strategy to support the SG priorities on youths, disability inclusion, gender and other thematic issues; • Advises the RC/UNCT on corporate policies relating to effective management of resources, including through the establishment and use of pooled funds; • Assists in the establishment and management of the country-based SDG Fund, in close collaboration with UN Multi-Partner Trust Fund Office (where relevant). 3. WORKS CLOSELY WITH THE RESIDENT COORDINATOR OFFICE ECONOMIST AND OTHER UN COUNTRY TEAM FINANCE EXPERTS TO PROMOTE PARTNERSHIPS TO SUPPORT FINANCING FOR ACCELERATING THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS (SDGs): • Provides advice on partnership opportunities to drive financing for development options, instruments, modalities to the RC/UNCT, in alignment with the Common Country Analysis (CCA), Cooperation Framework, Integrated National Financing Framework and similar processes; • Prepares briefing papers and discussion points on partnership issues related to financing for development for consideration by RC/UNCT; • Contributes to advocacy, communications and dialogues with partners to improve development assistance policies and practice; • Working in close collaboration with the RCO Economist, ensures effective engagement of relevant counterparts, especially private sector, civil society and development partners, to develop engagement and partnerships around SDG financing; • Undertakes the design and execution of innovative proposals to strengthen the UNCT engagement and reputation, and to generate greater financial resources in support of the SDGs. 4. <p>Responsable du Département SSE du futur site de montage moteurs civils de Casablanca F/H</p><br><br><p>CDI</p><br><br><p>Ingénieur & Cadre</p><br><br><p>Temps complet</p><br><br><p>Dans un contexte de forte croissance dans l'aéronautique et la nécessité de monter en cadence sur l'activité de montage des moteurs civils, le groupe SAFRAN a validé le lancement d'un projet d'implémentation d'un nouveau site de Montage au Maroc.<br>Notre nouvel atelier sera situé à Casablanca et assurera l'assemblage et les essais des nouveaux types de moteurs d'avions civils (LEAP) équipant l'Airbus A320neo.<br>En tant que Responsable Santé Sécurité Environnement (SSE) de ce nouveau site, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :<br>- piloter la performance SSE sur le terrain en apportant le support et les compétences nécessaires pour impulser une dynamique d'amélioration de la performance SSE, répondre à l'ensemble des questions relatives à la sécurité et à l'environnement en s'assurant de la cohérence entre les différents unités / départements<br>• identifier les risques ainsi que les impacts environnementaux significatifs et en assurer le suivi<br>• conseiller et supporter la direction et les opérationnels en matière de SSE<br>• initier les actions de communication et de sensibilisation en matière de SSE<br>• participer aux analyses et enquêtes SSE<br>• identifier et remonter les éventuels risques SSE auprès de votre responsable<br>- déployer et piloter les programmes SSE du site (par exemple : Plan Opérationnel de Progrès, Revue de Direction et Comité de pilotage, Audits, etc) en accord avec la stratégie Groupe, Société, Site et les obligations réglementaires locales<br>• proposer des axes de progrès et des actions d'amélioration<br>• établir les plans d'actions SSE pour atteindre les objectifs et cibles définis<br>• piloter les projets d'amélioration SSE dont vous êtes le/la Chef(fe) de projet<br>• gérer et/ou effectuer les audits et inspections SSE<br>- être garant de la mise en œuvre des outils, méthodologies et procédures Groupe et proposer des axes d'amélioration<br>• mettre en œuvre les outils, méthodologies et procédures Groupe et proposer des axes d'amélioration<br>• appliquer les procédures et documents du système de management sécurité et environnement<br>- piloter la cellule de crise Etablissement en cas d'évènement impactant l'ensemble du site (à titre d'exemple : coupure électrique, accident à haut potentiel de pertes, etc)<br>- assurer la veille et le suivi de la conformité réglementaire <br>• vous assurer de l'application des dispositions réglementaires et des référentiels Groupe en matière de SSE<br>• veiller à l'application de la politique/standard et à la conformité légale SSE<br>• vous assurer avec le service RH du site de la tenue à jour des listes du personnel Qualifié et/ou Habilité en SSE<br>- manager l'équipe d'experts SSE ainsi que les Correspondants SSE lignes de production et piloter le budget du département SSE<br>- assurer les relations avec les autorités externes<br>- être l'interlocuteur(trice) du Coordinateur SSE de la Division des Moteurs Civils de Safran Aircraft Engines et du Responsable SSE Société</p><br><br><p>Le poste est soumis à une astreinte dans le cadre du POI.</p><br><br><p>Issu(e) d'une formation bac+5 en Santé Sécurité Environnement, vous justifiez d'une solide expérience sur un poste similaire dans le secteur industriel. Vous maîtrisez la réglementation nationale et les normes SSE et êtes doté(e) d'une grande capacité d'observation, d'analyse et de synthèse. Vous êtes force de proposition et proposez régulièrement des initiatives d'amélioration des conditions de travail et d'exploitation. <p>Lead the implementation of sales plans and programs across a widespread area of responsibility or cluster of countries, to ensure consistent growth and achievement of overall Etihad's sales and cluster revenue targets.
