<h2 class="h5">وصف الوظيفة</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> ثقافة الشركة : ألـتن المغرب تعرف بثقافة تعاونية عميقة، تركّز على الناس، الثقة، ودعم الفريق القوي، مع مديرين عمليين يوجّهون ويطوّرون المواهب. هذا البيئة مدعومة بدافع قوي نحو الابتكار، تشجع الإبداع والمبادرة والتجربة عبر المشاريع. تنظيم منضبط وهيكلية تضمن الكفاءة، الصرامة والجودة في تسليم الهندسة. الأداء والطموح جزء من الثقافة أيضاً، داعمة للنجاح الجماعي مع الحفاظ على أجواء إيجابية ورعاية. الوظيفة : ضمن المشروع، ستكون مهامك الرئيسية كالتالي: <ul><li>مراجعة متطلبات العميل: فحص قابلية الاختبار، كمال وجودة المتطلبات.</li><li>إنشاء وتحديث حالات الاختبار والسيناريوهات لتغطية المتطلبات.</li><li>تصحيح وتحسين جودة خطة الاختبار.</li><li>عرض خطة الاختبار المحدثة أمام العميل خلال اجتماع المراجعة الفنية النهائي (بنهاية كل ربع سنة).</li></ul> الملف المطلوب : <ul><li>درجة الماجستير (BAC+5) من مدرسة الهندسة أو جامعة متخصصة في الأنظمة المدمجة</li><li>خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مجال أتمتة الاختبار والتحقق (البرمجيات، الأنظمة، إلخ)</li><li>معرفة بالوظائف في السيارات مطلوبة</li><li>مهارات تحليلية جيدة وتفكير منهجي</li><li>معرفة بمنهجية العمل Agile (SCRUM)</li><li>معرفة ISO26262</li><li>مهارات اتصال جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية والفرنسية: مستوى C1</li><li>معرفة AUTOSAR (AUTomotive Open System Architecture)</li><li>Microsoft Excel</li></ul> </div>
