<li>Works closely with the Program Team to establish and set-up manufacturing planning& milestones</li>

<li>Manage risk factors for the project and take proactive countermeasures, draw up the necessary action plans with all functions and implement the required actions in a timely manner.</li>

<li>Engineering degree or equivalent.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in the automotive industry; experience in Seating or knowledge of Trim/Cut & Sew components (fabrics, foam, plastics, leather) is an advantage.</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure with strong organizational and planning skills.</li>
<li>Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently and within a team.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools with the ability to prepare presentations and communicate with customers and leadership. </li>
