<li>Analyze daily cutting quality control reports and organize daily meetings related to nonconformities.</li>
<li>Organize sorting activities in response to internal and external quality issues and issue Quality Alerts when necessary.</li>
<li>Participate in daily quality and production meetings.</li>
<li>Lead internal investigations and contribute to 8D reports for internal and external customers.</li>
<li>Monitor and communicate KPIs (LMQM, audit status, corrective action progress).</li>
<li>Supervise the implementation of Lear quality standards within the Cutting Area.</li>
<li>Ensure proper execution of Control Plans, work instructions, and Poka-Yoke controls.</li>
<li>Participate in internal and external audits in accordance with IATF 16949 requirements.</li>
<li>Follow up on customer complaints and internal quality issues (Warranty, WCs, Alerts, etc.).</li>
<li>Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, and Logistics departments.</li>
<li>Ensure the proper implementation of engineering changes (ECN/ECR).</li>
<li>Ensure alignment between quality controls, customer requirements, and production flows.</li>
<li>Participate in machine validation activities and ensure the closure of all open actions.</li>
<li>Update work instructions, quality standards, and all other relevant documentation related to the Cutting Area.</li>
<li>Propose and deploy Kaizen actions to improve the reliability of cutting processes.</li>
<li>Contribute to the development or updating of PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and SPC (Core Tools) in accordance with Lear standards.</li>
<li>Organize and conduct weekly process audits in the Cutting Area.</li>
<li>Ensure the management and maintenance of the quarantine area (containment area for nonconforming products) within the Cutting Area.</li>
<li>Monitor 5S discipline within the Cutting Area.</li>
<li>Manage the Cutting Quality team (technicians and auditors), including training and development.</li>

<li><strong>Education:</strong> Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Quality, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.</li>
<li><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum of 1 year of experience in Quality.</li>

<li>Proficient in the 8D Problem-Solving Methodology.</li>
<li>Good communication skills.</li>

<p><strong>1. Structuring and Execution</strong></p>

<li>Work as a project team member on transactions, contributing to all aspects of project structuring and execution, including working with client counterparts, consultants and other parties to progress the project;</li>
<li>Be the primary driver of the scope and quality of project due diligence, including financial, market, integrity and EBRD policy compliance;</li>
<li>Prepare internal project documentation, including approval project memoranda, financial models, draft term sheets, presentations, etc. as and when required;</li>
<li>Take responsibility, as TC operation leader, to design and process technical co-operation assistance, ensuring that TC processing and approval fits with the approval schedule of any related investment project or the related policy dialogue initiative;</li>
