This is a build-and-enable engagement: by the end of the term, the client's GTM team will have a live, well-documented project management system, the dashboards to run it, and the training and SOPs to sustain it. Objective Stand up a single, reliable source of truth for GTM and product launch execution so that anyone, from an individual contributor to an executive, can see plan status, milestones, risks, and project health in real time, and so that ownership and accountability are clear at every step. Key Deliverables The engagement is scoped around six concrete deliverables:</p><p>1. Jira Project Environment Architecture Architect.
