Job : The consultant will be in charge of: - Managing service offers: Datalab, Data Upload, Repositories, Platform Access, Data & AI Services. - Ensuring request tracking, SLA compliance, proactive communication, and priority management. - Continuously improving the user experience: processes, request simplicity, visibility on progress. - Implementing satisfaction indicators, user surveys, and improvement plans. - Contributing to the implementation of PETS, Myriade / Colibra and workflow automation. - Contributing to reducing Time To Market and simplifying processes. - Producing management KPIs: TTM, backlog, SLA compliance, user satisfaction, automation rate. - Leading performance reviews. - Identifying and managing user issues, productivity gains, and automation opportunities. Required profile : Master's degree (Bac + 5) in computer science or equivalent. Experience between 3 and 4 years. Senior experience in Service Management or Product Management in a Data / IT context. Knowledge of the Data Platform environment (Azure, Databricks) is desired. Proven experience in managing service offers, SLA management, and continuous improvement.
