<li>Bachelor's degree +5 (Master's degree) in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.</li>

Read on for more details about this particular role.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>Main Purpose</p><p>To supervise quality control activities, coordinate quality teams, and implement the necessary actions to ensure continuous improvement of processes and compliance with quality standards.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Supervise quality control activities at all stages of production or service delivery.</li><li>Lead, coach, and train quality inspectors, technicians, and quality controllers.</li><li>Analyze non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations, particularly ISO 9001 requirements.</li><li>Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits.</li><li>Monitor and report quality performance indicators (KPIs).</li><li>Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Logistics, and R&D departments to resolve quality-related issues.</li><li>Prepare, update, and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and reports.</li><li>Manage customer complaints related to product and process quality.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5 equivalent) in Quality Management, QHSE, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Quality Product, Quality Control, or a similar quality-related role, preferably in an industrial environment.</li><li>Good knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as ISO 9001, FMEA, 8D, and 5 Whys.</li><li>Strong team management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office ,SAP, and quality management software.</li><li>Good command of English, both written and spoken, is desirable.</li></ul><p></p></section>
