<li>Oversee and manage sales KPIs to meet sales targets and objectives</li>
<li>Monitor warehouse stock availability</li>
<li>Coordinate the recruitment, creation, and activation of point-of-sale (POS) materials in line with the regional coverage strategy.</li>
<li>Provide coaching and support to distributor field forces through field visits.</li>
<li>Maintain a consistent field presence and provide regular reports on field activities.</li>
<li>Develop and follow up on tactical plans to achieve goals within the regional scope.</li>
<li>Deliver regular reports on regional sales and distribution performance to management</li>
