The position is responsible for developing and overseeing the project's MEL framework, indicator tracking systems, and data quality assurance processes, ensuring that data is accurately collected, analyzed, and reported against agreed targets. The HIS Officer III will synthesize project data to inform adaptive management decisions and support evidence-based program adjustments. Working closely with the project team and donor, the position will lead the preparation of performance reports and contribute to workplan development and donor reporting requirements. The position will also lead the design and implementation of activities focusing on enhancing capacity in data collection, analysis and reporting for actionable disease prevention and response decision making in Morocco. This is a key leadership role for an experienced IT Manager who can bridge technology, operations, and customer experience. THE ROLE WILL REQUIRE RELOCATION TO MOROCCO. As IT Manager, you will be responsible for driving and supporting the company s omnichannel retail infrastructure. You will ensure seamless integration between stores, online platforms, ERP, POS, supply chain systems, and customer-facing technologies. This role combines hands-on technical oversight with strategic leadership , working closely with retail, e-commerce, finance, and supply chain teams. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the IT landscape supporting omnichannel retail operations (stores, e-commerce, marketplaces, mobile, CRM). Ensure smooth integration between POS, ERP, WMS, OMS, and e-commerce platforms . Lead IT projects related to digital transformation, system upgrades, and new store openings. Oversee IT security, data integrity, and system availability. Manage external vendors, system integrators, and technology partners. Provide day-to-day IT support governance for retail and head office teams. Develop and execute IT roadmaps aligned with business growth and omnichannel strategy.
