<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> Job : <p>Reporting to the Origination &amp; Business Development Delegated Directorate, within the Industrial Development business line, your main missions will be:<br>1-Managing investment projects in the development phase:</p><br><br><ul><li>Manage and lead investment projects during the development phase, after identifying and qualifying land opportunities, until the implementation agreement is concluded and these projects are authorized;</li><li>Ensure the technical, economic, legal, and land structuring of projects, according to their maturity level, in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders;</li><li>Prepare, structure, and secure investment files submitted to decision-making bodies, in collaboration with the relevant entities of the Industrial Development business line;</li><li>Ensure that milestones, deadlines, and quality requirements for structuring investment files are met, in accordance with the investment policy of the Industrial Development business line;</li><li>Manage the structuring and organization of activities within the Business Development scope;</li><li>Provide regular, structured, and consolidated reporting on the projects managed.</li></ul><p>2-Structuring setups and intervention methods:</p><br><br><ul><li>Contribute to defining and structuring operational setups for implementing development projects, in line with the strategic orientations of the Industrial Development business line;</li><li>Challenge economic and technical assumptions, phasing scenarios, and financial balances of development projects.</li></ul><p>3-Handing over projects to the execution and capitalization phase:</p><br><br><ul><li>Ensure the handover of projects to the relevant operational entities, once authorized and transferred to the execution phase, while ensuring the complete, structured, and compliant transfer of all related elements;</li><li>Support operational teams during the operational phase, to handle issues related to the development scope, particularly in case of project reconfiguration and/or strategic repositioning;</li><li>Capitalize on lessons learned (REX) from the development phases to draw useful conclusions for the continuous improvement of internal processes.</li></ul><p>4-Contributing to structuring and cross-functional projects of the Industrial Development business line:</p><br><br><ul><li>Actively participate in structuring and cross-functional projects launched by the Industrial Development business line and by the Directorate responsible for Origination and Business Development;</li><li>Ensure that the projects managed align with the strategic orientations and frameworks of the Industrial Development business line.</li></ul><p>5-Coordinating stakeholders during the development phase:</p><br><br><ul><li>Coordinate actions taken by all internal and external stakeholders, directly or indirectly, involved in development projects (architects, study offices, consultants, partners);</li><li>Ensure the smooth coordination of contributions from different stakeholders throughout the development phase, systematically integrating CSR challenges into project design, partnership structuring, and investment decisions, to ensure responsible, inclusive development that creates sustainable value.</li></ul><p>6-Management system:</p><br><br><ul><li>Ensure compliance with the management system requirements under your responsibility.</li></ul><p>7-Team management and talent development:</p><br><br><ul><li>Supervise, lead, and motivate teams, while ensuring their performance;</li><li>Ensure a motivating work environment and professional development for employees.</li></ul> <br> Required profile : <p>Profile sought:</p><br><br><ul><li>Master's degree level (Bac+5), from a top engineering school, ideally complemented by an MBA;</li><li>Professional experience of over 12 years, with at least 8 years in development or investment.</li></ul><p>Skills required for the position:</p><br><br><p>Technical skills:&nbsp;</p><br><br><ul><li>Proven experience in managing complex projects;</li><li>Good knowledge of institutional and partnership environments, particularly in the industrial sector;</li><li>Expertise in managing complex multi-stakeholder projects (land, legal, technical, economic);</li><li>Solid financial analysis skills;</li><li>Good knowledge of contractual setups and public/private partnerships;</li><li>Confirmed experience in project governance and preparation of investment files;</li><li>Ability to integrate CSR/ESG issues from the project design stage;</li></ul><p>Behavioral skills:</p><br><br><ul><li>Leadership and proven experience in team management;</li><li>Strong results orientation and value creation focus;</li><li>Interpersonal skills and ability to influence high-level stakeholders;</li><li>Rigor, organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to manage complexity.</li></ul> <br><br> </div>
